Seeing Numbers 11:11, just what do they mean?

Have you ever seen a repetition of numbers?  Such as 11:11, I have, and have been seeing them now daily for several days.  In fact, just this morning after I woke up, I looked at the clock on the microwave oven, 11:11, and the time was actually 5:08 am!  I was not going to write this post, however, after seeing these numbers this morning I decided to do so.  Does this have any meaning, is God trying to communicate something to me?

God uses numbers throughout the bible, for instance the number one represents unity, unity between God and man.

Ephesians 4:4-6

“There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.”

The number 6 symbolizes man and human weakness, the evils of Satan and the manifestation of sin.

The number 7 is the number of completeness and perfection.

I searched the scriptures and found some very interesting bible verses for 11:11.

Old Testament

Isaiah 11:11

“It shall come to pass in that day
That the Lord shall set His hand again the second time
To recover the remnant of His people who are left,
From Assyria and Egypt,
From Pathros and Cush,
From Elam and Shinar,
From Hamath and the islands of the sea.“

Hosea 11:11

“They shall come trembling like a bird from Egypt,
Like a dove from the land of Assyria.
And I will let them dwell in their houses,”
Says the Lord.”

Jeremiah 11:11

‘Therefore thus says the Lord: “Behold, I will surely bring calamity on them which they will not be able to escape; and though they cry out to Me, I will not listen to them.” ‘

Ezekiel 11:11

“This city shall not be your caldron, nor shall you be the meat in its midst. I will judge you at the border of Israel.“

Job 11:11

“For He knows deceitful men;  He sees wickedness also.  Will He not then consider it?”

New Testament

Mark 11:11

“And Jesus went into Jerusalem and into the temple. So when He had looked around at all things, as the hour was already late, He went out to Bethany with the twelve.“

John 11:11

“These things He said, and after that He said to them, “Our friend Lazarus sleeps, but I go that I may wake him up.“

Romans 11:11

“I say then, have they stumbled that they should fall? Certainly not! But through their fall, to provoke them to jealousy, salvation has come to the Gentiles.“

Revelation 11:11

“Now after the three-and-a-half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them.”

These verses are quite interesting and telling!  Is God sending a message?  Should we heed these repetitions of numbers as a sign from the Lord?

This has happened to me before in the past, when God gave me repetitions of numbers, and while I cannot remember just what they meant in the past, I do know that they had significance at the time.

I for one take this as a sign from God!  If these 11:11 passages from scripture had no significance for the time that we are now in, then I would probably just pass them by.  However, they do have significance and are very telling of the times that we are living in today!

The verses from Isaiah and Hosea tell us that God is bringing the Jews back to Israel!

Jeremiah is speaking about the Jews, about bringing calamity upon them because they have refused to hear God’s words and have turned to other gods.  In the preceding verse it says:

Jeremiah 11:10

“They have turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers who refused to hear My words, and they have gone after other gods to serve them; the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken My covenant which I made with their fathers.“

Ezekiel 11:11 speaks of God judging Israel at its borders!  We sure could see this happening very soon indeed!

The verses before Job 11:11 is speaking about God, and that God imprisons and judges.  He is saying that God knows deceitful men and wickedness, therefore will He not consider judging?

In the New Testament and the book of Mark, Jesus went into the temple of Jerusalem and looked around, He saw that the hour was already late!  Could this be an indication that the hour now is late?  That time is not on our side, and that the Tribulation period could begin soon?!  That’s what it sounds like to me.

John 11:11 speaks of Jesus going to wake up Lazarus from the dead.  Is this a warning for us all to wake up from our slumber?  Or is it maybe a sign that the rapture of the church will happen soon?!  At that time Christ will resurrect the dead.  Or maybe it’s both!

Romans 11:11 is speaking of the Jews stumbling and falling, and that by the salvation of the gentiles the Jews will be brought to jealousy.  This is speaking of a time not for the gentiles, but for the Jews!  Just what is the Tribulation period for?  It’s for the Jews!  It’s the Time of Jacobs Trouble!

Revelation 11:11 is speaking about the two witnesses who were killed during the Tribulation period.  This could have several meanings perhaps, yet it is speaking about the breath of life from God!

All of these passages have very significant meanings for the days we now live in.  Many will  say sure, you could take any passage from the bible and make it out to be whatever you want!  I say, you may be able to, but most would not make much sense.  These all make sense! 

I believe that this is a warning to all, that our time is very short!  That the end is near, and the Lord is coming quickly for His bride, the church.  Israel will be regathered soon, nations will attack her, and Jesus Christ will show the world that He is God!

Mockers and scoffers abound in these end times my friends!  Many will say where is your God now?  They will seek to tear you to pieces! 

Proverbs 9:7-8

“He who corrects a scoffer gets shame for himself,
And he who rebukes a wicked man only harms himself.
8 Do not correct a scoffer, lest he hate you;
Rebuke a wise man, and he will love you.”

Beware of the wicked and the unwise, hold your tongue and be patient.  Know when to speak and when to keep quiet.  Watch for those who turn bad into good and good into bad!  Test all things against the Spirit of Truth and the word of God!

God is real, and He does give us messages just as He did thousands of years ago in the Old and New testaments!  But are we listening?!

  1. Hey, Gordon, interesting article. Just wanted to point out that it was not God who broke the Mosaic Covenant. The verse you refer to says that specifically and clearly. Israel broke the conditional Mosaic Covenant. Exodus 19:3-6 shows the “if/then” nature of this conditional covenant. God does not break His Covenants. As the Covenant maker, His obligation to bless is predicated upon the obedience of those with whom He made the Covenant. The Land Covenant/Chosen People Covenant is the Abrahamic Covenant, and that one is unconditional and eternal.

  3. My sister and I have been experiencing a line up of numbers for quite a while now. Mine actually started one year on 9/11 and when I looked at the clock as the radio announcer said 9/11 the clock also said 9:11 which isn’t quite the same but a wonder none the less. That one has also continued with either radio or tv saying what G-d has put before my eyes to look at as I’m hearing the same word spoken. About the numbers on the clock lining up, I was reminded of my father’s advice: do you have all your ducks in a row? But also, it feels like I’m doing exactly what G-d wants me to do at exactly the right time and that He is able to tell me to look at a clock and “move my heart like water”. It happens all day and all night. I seem to never look at the clock but what it’s :1:11 or 2:22 or 3:33 or 4:44 or 5:55 or 11:11. Someone else suggested looking up the verses that coincide like you did and I can see they are somewhat telling of the times. We have been praying hard over our region here in West Virginia for revival. I think the floodgates are just about to burst forth from heaven!

    I think you are a blessing from GOD and I read all your articles daily. I’m struggling with Pre-Tribulation and Tribulation. Not sure which one is the truth? Could you please write an article on this subject. Would really appreciate if you could solve this confusion for me :-))

  5. 11:11 is also significant to occultist and numerology. I would just aire on the side of caution when interpreting these things. But that’s not me saying that what you stated was wrong. My advice is to just use discernment when interpreting things for the public as we don’t want to misinform or cause fear. Again not saying that you’re doing that but it’s something I have to remind myself about so figured I would tell you too.

    I believe that the good Lord does speak to us in many ways, through His written word, through visions and dreams, in our spirit, our heart, and our mind, through other people, and also through signs, one of them being numbers.

    As you may already have figured out, I believe in a “Pre-Tribulation” rapture of the church. The other beliefs are “Pre-Wrath” or “Mid-Tribulation”, “Post-Tribulation”, and “No-Rapture” at all!

    Yes, I am aware of occultists use of numerology to predict things, however, I do not use any of them for reference. All of my sources are scriptural, straight out of the bible, God’s written word.

    And unfortunately the world or Satan, has taken many of the things of God and twisted them around! Such as numbers, rainbows, marriage, etc.

  13. Hi, I read this website daily and for 2 years now I have had the same, 11:11, very often and never looked for it just happens. I at first thought it was just odd and then someone said to me that maybe the Holy Spirit is trying to get your attention, so I would pray for whoever came into my mind when it happened. Then one day out of the blue as I had just seen the 11;11 for the umpteenth time, God put one word in my head “Time” and me being the person I am, said to God, I know its time but what does it mean? I sat and pondered on this for a few days and after another 11;11 episode, I was watching the clock on my wall and thinking what does God mean, “Time” and it hit me. The seconds on my clock seemed to be going really fast and I started to count with the seconds as I did as a child and I couldn’t keep up, the seconds were going really fast. The next day, I woke up and was staring at the clock wondering about my previous days experience and the seconds were going at their normal speed. It took another few days and God revealed to me that “Time” is speeding up. I went on the web and typed in, “is time speeding up?” and the answer is yes.

  15. My sister and I have had this happen to us too! It became so uncanny that we started screen shotting when we see repetitive numbers (especially time) and text it to each other. I never ever thought to look up scriptures for the numbers or tell her to. She was seeing 11:11 and 2:22 and I kept seeing 2:22 and 1:11. This is soooooooooooo weird that you would wright about this I can’t wait to send her your post let alone look up all those scriptures. God Bless Gordon!

    The phenomenon of seeing 11 11 is not new, has been around for a long time, many people have seen it especially on digital clocks and have received different and sundry messages having to do with controlling and absorbing the energy around you.
    11 11 was given birth by a new age, demonic, non biblical movement called
    “Awaken Light” which claims to give spiritual wisdom and channeled inspiration. There is a sub-cult group spawned by awaken light called the “Lullites who claim to receive messages of raised vibrations of balance and alignment when they see 11 11.

  18. When the books of the Bible were originally written, they did not contain chapter or verse references. The Bible was divided into chapters and verses to help us find Scriptures more quickly and easily. It is much easier to find “John chapter 3, verse 16” than it is to find “for God so loved the world…” In a few places, chapter breaks are poorly placed and as a result divide content that should flow together. Overall, though, the chapter and verse divisions are very helpful.
    The chapter divisions commonly used today were developed by Stephen Langton, an Archbishop of Canterbury. Langton put the modern chapter divisions into place in around A.D. 1227. The Wycliffe English Bible of 1382 was the first Bible to use this chapter pattern. Since the Wycliffe Bible, nearly all Bible translations have followed Langton’s chapter divisions.
    The Hebrew Old Testament was divided into verses by a Jewish rabbi by the name of Nathan in A.D. 1448. Robert Estienne, who was also known as Stephanus, was the first to divide the New Testament into standard numbered verses, in 1555. Stephanus essentially used Nathan’s verse divisions for the Old Testament. Since that time, beginning with the Geneva Bible, the chapter and verse divisions employed by Stephanus have been accepted into nearly all the Bible versions.

    Brother Gordon, you and I are at a long distance of understanding and acceptability on the 1111 issue. But, even though I disagree with your whole premise on 1111 it doesn’t affect our relationship with Jesus or each other. I just agreeably disagree, It won’t be a consideration in heaven where we will be worshiping and serving God eternally.

    This is where I am coming from. I gave verses with these numbers because I found them quite interesting for the times. Do these verses have any significance for the times that we are in now? Yes. Coincidence? Maybe and maybe not. God knows that the scriptures were numbered and when. Does this mean that He cannot give us messages through them? No. God can do whatever He wants, and just maybe He is giving messages through numbered scriptures, just as He does in visions and dreams.

    This could be a very long discussion and debate. But like you said, we can agree to disagree.

  21. I personally have been spoken to by God, in many ways. I always remember the phrase ” Out of the mouth of babes” and literally he has given me words from children many times. I too have seen these numbers over and over and over, it started about 10 years ago now. I do not believe any of us have all the answers of our magnificent God. I think too many of us forget the fact that we have angels and the Holy Spirit to guide and teach us…and prepare the way for us. I myself try not to limit God to my understanding of his ability. I am not sure if the numbers are verses, but the fact that many are noticing this now is uncanny, and also in itself a sign that there may be a universal Christian message in this….it is no different than him speaking to us through words of the babe, or in dreams, or in vision, or in the touch in our soul….God speaks…that I know it is up to us to pray and listen and discern in the spirit, I do not believe that words that bring others to question are harmful, for growth, but I do believe that growth is harmed when one closes his mind and belief to the possibility of God’s nature. Remember God is good, we are the ones that distort truth, and fan the flames of evil. So many beliefs and denominations are a true testament to our evil natures putting up walls. So all sin, and come short of the Glory of God. View everything with an open God like mind, use the discernment of the spirit, pray and you will find what he is saying to you. Your writing has made me aware others are seeing this too….it is not new age….I think it a may be a message to all of us, because many are seeing it. Up until now I thought it was for me a link always in visual to stimulate my mind to remember God is with us….

    Thank you for sharing your experience of the repetition of numbers, I also continue to see repetition of numbers, almost daily now. What the meaning is, I can only speculate, however, I do believe that God is speaking to me.

    The Lord does speak to us in many ways. He is good and gives warnings to His children before things happen. We need to wake up, listen to Him, and understand the times!

    I am christianity belief.I lived a hard single life
    With 3 children i raised.Omg.I realized just now its been 11 yrs ive eccepted Jesus in my heart.11 yrs ago my baby was 2,son 10 daughter 11.Omg the pain & tuberlations i been threw!I have 3 beautiful grandbabies.My son -mom relationship was ripped these passed yr not to mention my new marriage was in jeopardy.My son-who i asked Our Father in Heaven to care for him 11yrs ago became a synthetic marijuana user.I lost mt mind,my heart was heavy,last i left my home for him to stay alone in it.Threw all this time i periodically saw 11:11.My son survived a vehicle accident-i spoke to God on a diffrent level-i begged to have Mercy on my lil boy.Since then my son is drug free,not a broken bone.We see each other at church.God has poured his Power over his to give us Life to dead bones.I want to be where God wants me-im ready to carry out his work.I want to start now.I am literally set free-& free to walk ,run,jump for Our Lord Jesus.Amen.Thank you-I am a happy house wife,my husband,my lil daughter,i will serve the Lord.

  31. I keep seeing 11:11 or 1:11 morning and evening 2-3 times a day on every clock I own! It used to be much less regular, but has increased significantly, so I just can’t ignore it any more. I thought it was just me who has had this happen to them, but now I see it’s many others as well! I think the Lord is speaking to His sheep!

    The good Lord is most definitely speaking to His children, and in many different ways. I truly believe that God often uses these sequences of numbers to get our attention! We need to sit up and take notice, then seek God and ask Him just what it is that He is trying to tell us.

  38. Hello I don’t know how I should start this but my name is Luke I am 24 years old and the year is 2016. On February 12, 2012, I started seeing the number 2:12 on the clock all the time. Before I seen 2:12 my whole life I have been seeing 9:11 and 11:11.. I was praying after a horrible thing had happened to me in 2,011 for a sign from God that God exists because I needed something to grasp on to and I just had to know. Since then I have been through a lot of changes and this number continually pops up in my life very often. A few weeks after I first seen 2:12 I was talking to a buddy of mine and I was telling him how Luke 2:12 says “this is a sign to you. You will find a baby wrapped in a manger” and I was crying because in my eyes God had answered my prayers. He then told me to look up Luke 12:2 which is 2:12 backwards and when I did it said “what is hidden shall be known and what is concealed shall be revealed. “. I have no idea who you are but I’m getting that overwhelming feeling I got when I first realized God works through time and numbers while writing this and I would really like to talk to you. This is the only article I could find online where someone experienced God the way I did in a sense. I see a lot of people talking about 11:11 but never in such similar detail in relation to how I felt about the times I started seeing. Please add me on Facebook. I may seem like a very asinine person and I have my flaws but I truly am in tears writing this and I truly believe that maybe who ever you are I was meant to talk to you.     God is good, He is faithful, and His promises always hold true! You don’t know me personally, but I am a child of God, a follower of Jesus Christ.

    God speaks to us in many ways, and if you ask Him to show Himself to you, then He will! He may be speaking to you through me or through this site. This site was started by God, for God, and He works and speaks through it for His will not my own.

    I also see repetitions of numbers quite often, yet I do not put my trust or faith in numbers. We must always put our faith and trust in God, in Jesus Christ! He is the answer, the way, the only way! If you do not yet know God, if you have not yet repented of your sins and accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, then I strongly urge you to do so now. Our time is so short, we may not have another day.

    I am sorry, but I am not on facebook. I did put this site on facebook several years ago and it may still be there I haven’t checked. We all make mistakes in this life, we at times all sin. None of us are perfect, and there are things that we don’t like about ourselves. However, God can change us and make us more like Himself, this is called Sanctification, but you must first be saved!

    Remember, there is only one true God, Jesus Christ! He is the only way to heaven, the only way to eternal life! He is eternal life! We are spirits, just as God is, and we are also eternal, just as God is. The question is: “Where will you spend eternity!” There are only two choices: Heaven or Hell, and the only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ!

    God is real, much more real than our physical existence here on earth. This earth is temporary, but God is eternal, He has always been and will always be! I have had too many experiences with God to believe otherwise. No matter what anyone else tells me, no matter what anyone else says is the truth, I know in my spirit and my heart that God exists and that Jesus Christ is God!

Since you seem to be able to Google anything now days, I decided to search for a correlation to bible verses with 11:11, and found your post. Here are two more I found appropriate as well with your post: Job 11:11 For he knoweth vain men: he seething wickedness also; will he not consider it? Proverbs 11:11 By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked. I too keep seeing these numbers however I know not the true meaning but know that it is a warning of something are someone that could be deceptive are not forthcoming but our truth will cause the truth to be revealed from children of pardiction. Truth is more powerful than deception. Therefore the spirit of God cause the ungodly to speak what’s on their heart for out the abundance of the heart the mouth speak it.,

I wish I could tell all that has an ear what I know. But you are right please I pray that you reach all who have an ear or even sight because we need to wake up and see the light of god and try to hear his voice. He’s amazing and beautiful and amazing our heavenly Father and Jesus Christ both and I pray that we all wake and pray for forgiveness and understanding and love and guidance to make back home to heaven where we belong in the Lord’s loving light.   52. I too see 1111 and believe its a sign from God. Preparing and making me aware..more awake dont know how to explain it. Started happening alot 2 years ago when my daughters father passed away on the 11th…took it as a sign from him as also our daughter was born at 1111. But more so 2 years later I know its something from God trying to tell me something…to prepare..to help..to save idk sometimes i think im just crazy

    The good Lord speaks to us in many ways, could He then also speak to us through the repetition of numbers? Sure, why not? The bible is chocked full of numbers, and numbers have significance to God. The earth was created in six days and on the seventh God rested, the Hebrews wandered in the desert for 40 years, there were ten plagues upon Egypt, the Antichrist has a number and it is 666, the Tribulation period will last for seven years, and the millennial kingdom will last for one thousand years.

    So the real question is whether or not these numbers you keep seeing have any significance or do you just keep seeing them by chance? They could be a warning, they could be a sign of something, only the Holy Spirit can tell you for sure. Pray to God for wisdom and understanding in these things.

    I do know one thing, and that is God is warning that judgment is coming, that His return is near, and that we must be ready! Many very strange and unusual events are occurring in the world today, many if not most of them are signs of the closeness of Christ’s return. I believe that the Lord is using these numbers to wake you up, just as He is with the entire body of Christ. The question is: “Are we listening?” God’s still small voice, quiet but loud, calls out to us, His Holy Spirit guides us, we must be aware and willing to listen.

    Since February of last year, I too have seen the numbers 1111. At first, I thought it odd as many on this thread felt through their own experience. In the fall of last year, I began to research and came across this thread. I asked the Lord what He is trying to tell me. All I heard was, “Pray.”
    I still see the numbers on a regular basis, and of no volution of my own. Clocks, license plates, computers- if it has a number, I will see these in succession. Based on current events, I personally think it is a warning of chaos and time speeding up. And I too am praying for revival as several have mentioned above.
    All of this to say, that perhaps this warning is a call to prayer. So, I pray. I pray for the strength to endure, the courage to stand firm and the perseverance to keep going and never give up. I pray for God to unify His children and awaken those who slumber. I pray that He will grant me focus and discernment to see clearly in the chaos.
    Be encouraged, Church, Jesus is coming soon! Whether in a day, a year or 10,000 years- watch, be ready and pray!

    I believe that the good Lord is giving us many signs, signs of the end of the age, signs of His soon return! Many will turn to the world for answers, many will mock and scoff at Christian explanations for these signs and what they mean. Sadly, even many Christians will not believe but will instead choose to listen to the world, being deceived by demonic doctrines and evil spirits!

    2 Peter 3:1-4
    ‘Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle (in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of reminder), 2 that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior, 3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” ‘

    “But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”

    There are so many signs of the times, signs from the Lord that the time is near, so many people mocking and scoffing at Christians who tell them the truth of God’s word, this is bible prophecy coming to pass!

    I have been seeing many signs over the past 5 years, warnings that we must wake from our slumber and seek God. Our time is short, Jesus is coming! We must be able to discern the times, discern the spirits, and understand what God is telling us.

  58. I too can confirm the recurring appearance of the number 11:11. For two consecutive nights now I seem to be drawn to or become aware of an internal chiming of this number. I am beginning to be comforted by the Unfolding and to Awakening of the mystery this recurring portal is bringing in the solitude of my consciousness and humble innocence. I remain fully confident that the universe will reveal it’s secrets to me all to the Glory of the Most High One.

  64. I have only one problem. I ve recirved the numbers too but discovered that people of other faiths have also professed to have had experienced these things. How can it be then? Is it beyond Christianity or is it another part of nature that is unrelated to spirituality? Or is spirituality at this level considered just a part of ordained nature just as photosynthesis and water cycles?

    There are many things of God which are impersonated by Satan, Satan is a great imposter, a counterfeit, a liar. Everything in this world and beyond was created by Jesus Christ, everything in this world is sustained and held together by Jesus Christ, yes even photosynthesis. God has given all of mankind enough evidence of His existence by nature, by the heavens, and by our very existence. Other religions do not deny the existence of Jesus Christ, but they do deny His power, they deny His deity, and they deny that He came as both man and God, dying on the cross as a propitiation for our sins, the only way to reconcile us back to God, the only way to heaven!

    You may see a repetition of numbers and it may mean nothing at all, however, it can also be a message from the Lord, I am not stating that it always is. Could it also be that people of other religions see numbers from their false gods? Of course it could. Like I said Satan is a counterfeit, he takes the things of God and twists them to his own benefit in rebellion.

    Do people of other religions pray? Do they worship a god or gods? Of course they do, and they can also see a repetition of numbers as well. Does these things then mean that Christianity is not true? Of course not! The difference is that if its not from God then it is not a message from God. There may be similarities between other religions and Christianity, but the difference is that believers in Jesus Christ hear from God, we receive messages from God in many ways, shapes, and forms!

  66. Great answer sir. I have found myself gravitating towards the occult after seeing these numbers. Simply because the Internet has more such answers than the Bible had. I think it’s time someone clear the air in YouTube (because this is the main platform used for learning conveniently) especially for Christians who find themselves in this predicament. I have asked God to cast out the demons which are harassing me with these numbers. The numbers have disappeared. I asked God to forgive me for delving at the fringe of numerology and other occult beliefs. I would like to warn all others like me against the ploys of the devil. I considered myself strong and discerning and yet in a moment of folly I was shown by God how weak I truly am. Once we accept the numbers as divine and from an ungodly source, the number changes and is alive. It brings believers into the next stage where demons continue to guide and manipulate our choices. Before long, you’d be considering harnessing the power of these so called angels(demons) for all reasons. Indeed Satan masquerades as an angel of the light.     The difference between seeing these numbers is not the numbers them-self, but where they are coming from. The good Lord uses numbers throughout the bible, in both the old testament and the new, repetitions of numbers. Does this mean that it’s numerology? No, of course not. God uses numbers to represent things, and as humans with human minds we can comprehend. However, when we use these numbers in numerology, from a source other than God, then it is a bad thing! Satan takes the things of God and twists them for his own purpose, and not only that but also to confuse and to deceive.

    Is it true that if we seek what is demonic for answers to questions in this life then we are opening ourselves up to demonic powers and influence? Yes. We are then giving them the key to our door, the right of entry into our souls, the power to do as they will in our lives.

    We as believers in Jesus Christ must always refer to the bible, God’s holy word, we must seek His wisdom and guidance for the answers to questions in this life, not demonic sources. And like you said, in our times of weakness we are most vulnerable, these are the times when we can be greatly deceived!

    There are many, many people in this world who do seek the guidance of demonic powers and spirits, and as such they are being led and guided by these spirits. But, they only have power over us as believers if we give it to them!

    It’s not always what we do in this life, but who we know, who we are affiliated with. We can take any godly thing and turn it into something which is ungodly, just as Satan takes the things of God and twists them for his own purpose, he is a master imposter, a master counterfeiter. He will come in the form of the Antichrist, a twisted imitation of Jesus Christ, sitting upon the throne stating that he is god, he will die of a deadly wound, then be raised from the dead, twisting and counterfeiting Christ dying and being raised from the dead.

    Not all repetitions of numbers are from God, however I truly believe that some believers do receive messages from God through numbers. I believe that the Lord speaks to us in many ways, at least He does with me, just as He did with people spoken of in the bible, at times they are subtle and other times they are not, at times they are through His word, in circumstances, in my spirit or mind, through other people, and yes even at times through numbers in order to get my attention.

    We must know the word of God in order not to be deceived, and we must listen to the Holy Spirit within to lead and guide us. We must be able to discern the spirits, and we must know deception when we see it as to not be led astray. We must pray for clarification, wisdom, and understanding in these things.

  68. I have been seeing these numbers for years off and on some times they flash actually all the clocks flash when I look at them and so does the kitchen lights in one area. The kids claim there are two ghosts living in our house they have at one time or another described them and they are so similar. I just tell them there are only evil ghost or demons.. not good they seem to think the lady one is good and I have a feeling she isn’t.. I haven’t ever seen them myself but my ex always said one would shove him when there was a problem in the house he thinks they are good. The kids who are almost all adults say they are bad.. what is going on here?? My 23?year old would wake to shut her door in the middle of the night because she said something was staring at her.

    You gave me some information, but you did not tell me if you are a born-again believer in Jesus Christ?

    I don’t know about the ghosts in your house but they don’t sound good to me. Our society has described spirits as ghosts, even some older versions of the English bible use the term Holy Ghost in place of the Holy Spirit. So in essence ghosts are spirits. There are both good spirits and evil spirits, and if they were good spirits then you should not feel threatened by them. Some people claim that they see relatives and loved ones after they have died, however scripture tells us that we are not to communicate with the dead, this is necromancy. So I do not believe that we actually see our dead loved ones after they have died, but evil spirits acting as imposters.

    If you are a born-again believer in Jesus Christ then you can bind these spirits in Jesus name and cast them away. I would remove anything in the form of an idol, anything that is evil or wicked from the house. I would bless the house with the Holy Spirit and give my family and the house over to the Lord. This is what I would do, I would even bless the house with Holy water, I would bow down and humble myself before the Lord, repenting of all my sins, asking Him to cleanse me, my family, and the house, but you must be saved first for any of this to work!

    If and when we as believers have faith that God is who He says that He is, that He will do as He promises to do for us, then we have nothing to fear. The good Lord is in control of all things, and if we are His children then we are under the protection of His mighty wings! But when we wander from God, when we succumb to the ways of this world then we are opening ourselves up to the things of this world, including inviting evil spirits into our lives. And while they are not able to possess us, they can haunt us. Personally I have witnessed people close to me who were possessed by demonic spirits, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience! And if you are not saved then you can be possessed by these demonic spirits.

    We are living in times of good and evil, and there are both good and evil spirits in the world, and as time goes on this will become more apparent. This is why it is so vitally important to turn your life over to God, to live as He wills, and to forsake the ways of the world, to be obedient to the Lord. The word of God is both alive, active, and powerful, and we must use it daily, read it and meditate upon it, apply it to our lives.

    I don’t know if you are saved or not, but it doesn’t sound to me like you are, merely because you are unaware if these spirits are good or evil, and you did not mention God and His power over them, and if you were then I would think that you would have the Lord intervene for you. We all need God, yet not everyone agrees with this. We were created by God to have a relationship with Him, but that relationship was severed in the Garden of Eden thousands of years ago. If we do not belong to God, then we belong to the ruler of this world, Satan. That’s what it’s all about, our relationship or nonexistent relationship with God!

    God created everything, including evil spirits, yet at the time they were not evil but good. He created everything and holds all things together, every single atom in the entire universe!

    If we do not accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, then we are in rebellion to Him, we are accepting evil spirits into our lives. However, if we confess our sins and believe that Jesus Christ is God, that He died for our sins, if we accept Him as our God, then we will have the power of God working in our lives, we will be in a right relationship with God.

    Let is not forsake the power of God Almighty! He is more than able to perform miraculous things in our lives.

  71. I started seeing 11:11 beginning about 13 years ago. It was very noticeable and impactful when seen. I knew it was significant. I asked my sister one day on the phone, “are you seeing 11:11.” She commented: “I can’t believe you asked that.” She said her friend told her she was seeing 11:11. I have heard several unsaved co-workers say they were seeing this combo of numbers. They believe it is God speaking to them. God isn’t the author of confusion!

    I’ve come to believe it to be totally demonic activity!!! Be careful by giving heed to seducing spirits. They want your attention! My wife was delivered out of witchcraft and agrees with me! Consider carefully. God Bless!

    God is not the author of confusion, that is correct. However this does not mean that He cannot or does not get our attention with numbers.     If these people you speak of believe that these numbers are from God, then hasn’t God got their attention? On the other hand, if they were to seek fortune tellers or the occult then they have taken these numbers to the dark side, the evil side. It’s not the numbers themselves that are either good or bad, but how we interpret them.

    There are many things which happen to us in our lives, many things which seem confusing to us, however the good Lord has allowed them to happen for a reason, and sometimes they are to get our attention. It is not what happens to us that really makes the difference, but how we respond to it. Does it bring us closer to the Lord or drive us further away from Him? We will all suffer trials and tribulations in this life, but how do we respond to them? Do we seek the Lord for help or do we seek demonic spirits, or do we seek to do it all on our own without God? God allows many things to happen to us in order to get our attention, and many times He does them Himself!

    It just may be that a person who sees repetitions of numbers takes it the wrong way and for the wrong reasons, but by the same token a person may see these numbers as a sign from God and act accordingly. I know that the good Lord has spoken and speaks to me in many different ways including numbers. How do I then respond? Do I seek a fortune teller or psychic? No! Of course not, I seek the Lord and His wisdom and understanding. I allow the Holy Spirit to give me wisdom and understanding, discernment between truth and lies. Perhaps at times these numbers have a significant meaning and perhaps they don’t. I am not saying that every time we see a number or a repetition of numbers or numbers over and over again that they are from God, but at times they are.

    If not then why does the bible tell us to beware of the Antichrist, and his number is “666”? Why does God use the number “12” so much, or “7” and “70”? Is there any significance to these numbers? Yes, I believe that there are and we are not to throw them out of the window just because they are numbers. I don’t have all of the answers, God does, and it is not always for us to know these things but to trust in God.

    The good Lord is trying to get our attention in many ways, but are we listening?! The most important question then is not “are these numbers good or bad?”, but “how are we responding to these numbers?” Are we drawn closer to God or driven further away?

  74. Wanted to reference Matthew 20:6, only place I’ve seen that refrers to an actual 11th hour, not scripture notations. It’s been Shakespeare, and in modern movies. As a “last chance” to do something, “last minute” to change.

    I’m taking it more in that light, to live in my last days, and treat each day and hour, as a blessed last chance to spread th Gospel as much as I can. A reminder that this age is c9ming to an end, and to take advantage if this, the 11th hour

    Jesus also spoke of the parable of the Ten Virgins, five of which were unprepared, and in Matthew 24 He tells us to be ready at all times and to be watching for no one knows the day or the hour of His return, in fact Matthew 24 is all about watching and being ready, warning signs of the closeness of His return.

    If the repetition of these numbers are from the Lord, then they are warning signs of the closeness of His return. I believe that He is telling us to be ready and watch!

  76. I started seeing matching numbers on the clock ten years ago. It comes and goes and it picked up again this year. Lately though I’ve been looking at the clock when it is a MINUTE BEFORE numbers match. So 10:09, 11:10, 12:11 and so on. After seeing 1:11, 2:22, 3:33 and so on for so many years to then start looking at the clock a MINUTE BEFORE the numbers would match I find really odd. I’ve prayed over the years and asked God to make it stop and that if seeing the numbers line up is not from Him then to make it stop. But He does not. It continues though, again, it comes and goes. I’ve prayed many times asking what it means and I get no clear answer I feel. But earlier this year I ran two other websites that explain the numbers, both are Christian, and I felt at peace about it and I’d look at those sites when I’d see numbers lined up on the clock. I felt that finding sources that I had peace in my gut about were answers to prayer. Though lately seeing the clock at a minute before numbers lining up has thrown me off. Though I do know that scripture says that it is to the glory of God to conceal a matter and to the glory of kings to search it out (Proverbs 25:2). And perhaps it is God drawing me to Him because I have to seek Him as to what the minute before theme means.
    It’s encouraging to know that there are other Christians who are having the same thing seeing the clock numbers line up. But it is a bit frustrating knowing what exactly to believe because, like others stated, this is happening to non Christians as well. So, perhaps God is saying to EVERYONE “Pay attention to the times!” and keeping in mind that scripture says that God sends rain to fall on the just AND the unjust (Matthew 5:35)?

    God does give us many signs, signs of things to come, signs to make the right choices, signs to wake up! And although He does give us signs we must make sure that we do not place the signs on a pedestal, they are what they are, merely signs, nothing more, nothing less. Try not to get too focused on the signs but on who they are pointing us to, God Almighty, Jesus Christ!

    God gives signs to believers, but He also gives signs to unbelievers as well. There are all kinds of signs in the world telling everyone that God is who He says that He is, that His return is near, that we all need Him, but sadly most of the world is not watching, hearing, seeing, or listening. What is even more sad are believers that are not watching and seeing the signs, not relating them to the word of God!

    The world sees the signs and relates them to world events, to natural phenomenon, it creates theories and reasoning for supernatural events and sees things as happening from anything other than God! It even relates these things to false gods and idols, but not to the one true God of the universe, Jesus Christ. God is in control of all things and all things are under His control, we must never forget that!

    Many things are happening in this world today that get our attention but are we paying attention?! The most important thing that we can do is not seek the wisdom of man nor come to our own conclusions about these things, but seek God in all things. The good Lord is shouting at us, He is telling us that the time is near, that His return is soon!

  78. On 11/11/2018 There was a global seismic rumbling!!! National Geographic put a article out saying The Earth Rang Like A Bell for 20 minutes!!!! God showed me this was warning Jesus soon return and at the door!!!! After this day the earthquakes, weather and all the Bible Prophecy regarding Israel had escalated to unbelievable daily accuracies! We are going to hear the Trumpet 🎺 and in a twinkling of a eye we will be gone!
