  1. I heard it once said ” One thing for sure about being a Christian who is willing to die for their faith in a hostile nation, there are no hypocrites, false believers, or phonies, everyone is the real deal.” We don’t know what persecution is like here in the good Ol’ U.S., however, if we were, I’m sure that it would bring a much stronger and more united Christian Church. Anyway, nothing will ever hinder the work of the church or its people, not even the (gates of Hell). I pray for our brothers and sisters in Baghdad for God’s provision, protection, and strength in these trying times. Actually, just taking a brief moment to think about this incident, I’m outraged at this murderous act, we saw deaths of innocents in Syria by chemical weapons and were ready to go to war, where is the outcry in the world about this heinous act of murder. I guess the world has been conditioned to being hardened to the term Christian as if it was already Lion food to begin with.. Like; O’ well it was just a bunch of Christians. What if this was a Christian or Jewish group that took credit for bombing and killing 37 Muslim people, then you would see about a billion raging muslims burning everything in sight that was American or Israeli. Folks, I am at my witt’s end about our complacency of the voices of power from our nation, Don’t get me wrong, I love Muslim’s , have gone on mission trips to their area to win converts to Christ, shared the Gospel message with many form across America. yet 37 innocent Christians die in a bombing and we hear, say, and do nothing.
I am now in a rant, so please let me go on; Dear God WAKE US UP, it wasn’t Buddists, Indias, or Pagans, or Communists, or Athiests, or Hinues that were murdered, no, they were Christians at Christmas time. Mr. President, Sect. of State, Senators, and Representatives, all church pastors and elders when this happens here in our own country will we begin to pray and seek God in earnest or will it be too late, I pray not. The bible tells us that we are to come into the spiritual battle armored up with prayer.
    God bless you’all
