Hurricane Harvey has been labeled a disaster of biblical proportions.  So far it has dumped trillions of gallons of water over Houston Texas, that’s a lot of water!  It has destroyed neighborhoods and towns, taking with it human lives, many of which are still unknown, leaving over 30,000 homeless according to news reports, and it’s not over.

As followers of Jesus Christ we must pray for the people affected by this tragic storm, praying for those injured, for all who have suffered loss, for all affected.  We must also pray for those searching and rescuing, for those giving help and aid.

Whatever befalls us God is with us.  Whatever we face in life God is with us.  And whatever we suffer in this life God will see us through.  Seek the good Lord in all things, give Him thanks, praise, worship and glory.  Amen.

God bless my friends!  Maranatha!
