BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — As rescuers broke through to flood-ravaged Colorado towns, they issued a stern warning Saturday to anyone thinking of staying behind: Leave now or be prepared to endure weeks without electricity, running water and basic supplies.
National Guard helicopters and truck convoys carried the admonition into paralyzed canyon communities where thousands of stranded residents were eager to escape the Rocky Mountain foothills. But not everybody was willing to go. Dozens of people in the isolated community of Jamestown wanted to stay to watch over their homes.
Authorities made clear that residents who chose not to leave might not get another chance for a while. Rescuers won’t go back for people who insist on staying, Boulder County Sheriff Joe Pelle said.

What do you think? Are things in the world getting better or worse? By things I mean the economy, politics, healthcare, food supply, peace, safety and security.
Are we better off today then we were twenty years ago? How about ten years or even five years ago?
I don’t know about you, but I see things getting much, much worse. As a matter of fact, many things are getting to the point of no return.
The world economy is in shambles and at the brink of collapse. What in the world is holding up the stock market? Nothing! Unemployment continues to rise as the homeless population continues to rise.
The political world is anything but getting better. World leaders are being overthrown. Nation is rising against nation. Political uprisings are occurring all over the globe without an end in sight.
Healthcare around the world is also becoming a luxury item for many. While the price of healthcare rises each day, the average person is seeing a smaller and smaller paycheck. ObamaCare is a joke and is bringing companies to their knees.
The world food supply is now threatened by massive storms, fires, floods and drought. Monsanto is quickly controlling and genetically manipulating the seeds needed to produce food for a starving world.
Peace in the world seems unimaginable at this time, while the United States is attempting to foster a peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians.
Safety and security seem to be magic words these days. I see anything but safety and security in America or the world. Violence and evil are replacing kindness and good. Murder, violence, chaos and mayhem are all on the rise. Not only are they on the rise, but in much more heinous acts of violence.
All of these things are spoken of by Jesus, his disciples and old testament prophets in the bible. For example: Matthew chapter 24, 2 Timothy 3, Luke 21, Revelation, Isaiah, Daniel.
All of these things which I have spoken about are prophetic events to take place in the time of the end. The time we are now living in. They are a testament to God. That God is real, alive and true. They are also a warning to the world of what is coming.
This is a warning call to the world. Take heed. Listen to what I am saying. Listen to what God is telling us.
He is telling us that time is short. That the day is quickly coming for the rapture of the church. For God’s wrath to be poured out upon the world in judgement of sin and unbelief. For turning away from Him. For worshiping false gods and idols.
You are either for God or against God. You have a decision to make. What will it be? God is speaking to you right now. He is asking you to come to him. To choose him as your Lord and Savior.
You will either burn in Hell for eternity or live with God in peace, love and abundance for eternity.
As for me, I choose God. The God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. The Father of Jesus the Messiah, Lord and Savior of the world.
(NaturalNews) In May 2013, two million people in over 50 countries expressed outrage over Monsanto’s desire to own the food supply through genetically-altered (and patented) seeds that threaten all life on this planet. Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are when a plant or animal has been genetically engineered with DNA from bacteria, viruses or other plants and animals. Whether you like it or not, you are eating genetically manipulated food without your consent.
Henry Kissinger once said, ‘Who controls the food supply controls the people…’ This comment plus many other dark and sinister ideas come from control hungry, greedy and, often times, dangerous people and corporations. On the next NaturalNews Talk Hour – we’ll expose the hidden agenda behind Monsanto.
A group of 26 teenagers has been struck down with what is believed to be a gastro-intestinal illness on a 14-hour flight from Chile to Sydney.
The young tour group from Victoria was returning from Catholic World Youth Day in Brazil when group members became ill on the Qantas flight with vomiting and diarrhoea.
The group was met at Sydney airport at 6pm on Thursday by a fleet of ambulances and is receiving medical treatment for suspected gastroenteritis.
An ambulance spokeswoman says they assessed the group, and took 16 of them to hospital.
Three of the patients were so ill they had to be stretchered off the plane.

There are over five thousand species of mammals on planet Earth, but only one of them is insane. It also turns out there is only one species of mammal that intentionally poisons itself (and its children) by injecting toxic, neuro-damaging chemicals into most members of the species. That species is, of course, homo sapiens.
If you look around the planet these days, you see tens of thousands of species of mammals, birds, reptiles and even insects. Five things all these have in common is:
1) None of them eat processed foods. They innately eat raw, unprocessed, uncooked foods from nature.
2) None of them take prescription medications.
3) None of them inject their offspring with toxic vaccines laced with hidden chemicals.
4) None of them practice mechanized chemical agriculture / monoculture.
5) None of them live in delusional, artificial worlds of TV or the internet.
Locusts threatening livelihood of 60% of population, and have already destroyed a quarter of Madagascar’s food crops
At least 1.5m hectares (3.7m acres) could be infested by locusts in two-thirds of the country by September, warns the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO). Findings from a damage assessment indicate that rice and maize crop losses due to locusts in the mid- and south-western parts of Madagascar vary, on average, from 40% to 70%, reaching up to 100% in some plots.
Madagascar’s agriculture ministry declared a national disaster in November. The food security and livelihoods of 13 million people are at stake, about 60% of the island’s population. Around 9 million people depend directly on agriculture for food and income.
“We don’t have enough funds for pesticide, helicopters and training,” said Alexandre Huynh, the FAO’s representative in Madagascar. “What is extremely costly is to run helicopters [needed to spray pesticides]. We have to start in September, and we have two to three months to prepare. We need $22.4m [£15.1m] but we are quite short of that. Discussions are going on with donors.”

Does being a prepper show a lack of faith in God? Should good Christians reject prepping altogether? Yesterday, someone actually accused me of being “anti-faith” because I am encouraging people to prepare for the coming economic collapse. This person believes that if I had faith, then I would make “no provision” for what is ahead and simply trust “in God’s providence alone”. So is that person right? Is it really “anti-faith” to prepare for the coming economic collapse? I spent quite a bit of time thinking about these questions today.
Those that visit my site on a regular basis know that I am a Christian and I am very open about that fact. I am someone that places a very high value on faith. The Scriptures tell us to “trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding”. Without God, none of us has any hope. In fact, without God I would probably be dead by now.
But faith is not about sitting on your couch and waiting for God to do everything for you. Rather, faith is about taking action on what God has directed you to do.
