Florida man kills self after fatally shooting wife and son with crossbow: cops

Pedro Maldonado, 53, is considered armed and dangerous after his son and the teen’s mother were found murdered inside their Weston home on Tuesday.

Pedro Maldonado, 53, slit his own throat in the bathroom of a Lake City motel room early Wednesday – hours after he killed his wife, Monica Narvaez-Maldonado, and their 17-year-old son, Pedro Maldonado Jr., cops said. The crazed man then drove to Tallahassee, where he attacked an older son – Jose Maldonado, 21 – but the Florida State University student managed to get away.
