School bus crashes into house on military base
(SOURCE) Three children and a bus driver have suffered minor injuries after a school bus crashed into a home at a Texas military base.
The bus was returning children home from Fort Sam Houston Elementary School Friday afternoon when it ran into a home in a military housing area. The military base is in central San Antonio.

(WCNC.com) BURKE COUNTY, N.C. — Eight students and one adult were injured during a school bus accident in Burke County Monday morning.
Authorities in Burke County said the accident happened around 7 a.m. in the 3900 block of Frank Whisenant Road near Highway 126.
The bus was the only vehicle involved and overturned during the accident. Authorities said one wheel on the bus slide off the road and the driver tried to over correct before the bus rolled over.
The nine victims suffered minor injuries during the accident and were taken to a local hospital, according to Burke County officials.
The school bus was heading to Oak Hill Elementary School.

A transgender 6-year-old who identifies as a female should be allowed to use the girls’ bathroom at her elementary school even though she was born a male, the Colorado Civil Rights Division ruled on Sunday.
In a decision being hailed as a major victory by advocates for transgender Americans, the division concluded that the Fountain-Fort Carson School District created an unnecessarily hostile situation for Coy Mathis when it made the female bathroom off limits.

A five-year-old Maryland boy was interrogated until he wet himself and suspended for 10 days after school officials caught with playing with a “cowboy-style cap gun,” the Washington Post reports, citing the child’s family and lawyer.
