Leading Unbelievers to Salvation!
By Gordon King
Hello everyone. I pray that all is well and may the God of peace be with you!
Peace, Love, Kindness, Joy, Humility, Helpfulness, Caring, Sharing, Compassion, Forgiveness, Grace and Mercy.
These are all characteristics of God. They are also the characteristics that a Christian should have. They are the fruits of the Spirit. A sign to the world that God is working in our lives. That God is real, alive and well, within the world that we live. To attract unbelievers to the Lord. Allowing others to see the workings of God in the lives of believers.
The questions at hand are:
1) “Should Christians lead unbelievers to Christ only through the fruits of the Spirit?”
2) “Should Christians also lead unbelievers to Christ by showing them the truth about what is happening in the world today, and what is to come in the future as written in bible prophecy?”
I have heard both sides by Christians. Some Christians say that we should only focus only on the love of God, his grace and mercy on us. While other Christians say that we also need to alert the unbelievers to what is happening in the world today and what the future holds. To show them that God also judges unbelievers sin with his wrath.
I am of the belief that we are not only to show God’s love and grace, but, also to warn the world of what is coming in the future if they do not accept him as Lord and Savior. God has other characteristics such as righteousness, justice, anger, wrath and jealousy!
God’s wrath is a righteous indignation! It is his righteous judgement for the sins of the world! For the lack of repentance and not accepting him as God, the Creator of the Universe. We must focus on all of God, not just what we choose.
We must tell the world about the wrath of God before it is too late! The bible gives us many examples of God warning people before his judgement comes upon them.
We merely need to read the bible for the answers. Beginning in Genesis. God told Adam and Eve not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Adam and Eve
15 The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. 16 And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”
Sodom and Gomorrah
12 The two men said to Lot, “Do you have anyone else here—sons-in-law, sons or daughters, or anyone else in the city who belongs to you? Get them out of here, 13 because we are going to destroy this place. The outcry to the Lord against its people is so great that he has sent us to destroy it.”
14 So Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, who were pledged to marry his daughters. He said, “Hurry and get out of this place, because the Lord is about to destroy the city!” But his sons-in-law thought he was joking.
15 With the coming of dawn, the angels urged Lot, saying, “Hurry! Take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away when the city is punished.”
16 When he hesitated, the men grasped his hand and the hands of his wife and of his two daughters and led them safely out of the city, for the Lord was merciful to them. 17 As soon as they had brought them out, one of them said,“Flee for your lives! Don’t look back, and don’t stop anywhere in the plain! Flee to the mountains or you will be swept away!”
Moses asks The Pharaoh to free the Israelites
(He uses ten plagues to make Pharaoh release the Israelites.
He warns him over and over about what is to come if he refuses).
This is a good example of how God will deal with those who will not repent from their sin and accept him as Lord.
The Nile River turning to blood
Death of the First Born
God speaks to Moses in front of the Israelites at Mount Sinai
The Lord said to Moses, “I am going to come to you in a dense cloud, so that the people will hear me speaking with you and will always put their trust in you.” Then Moses told the Lord what the people had said.
10 And the Lord said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow. Have them wash their clothes 11 and be ready by the third day, because on that day the Lord will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people. 12 Put limits for the people around the mountain and tell them, ‘Be careful that you do not approach the mountain or touch the foot of it. Whoever touches the mountain is to be put to death. 13 They are to be stoned or shot with arrows; not a hand is to be laid on them. No person or animal shall be permitted to live.’ Only when the ram’s horn sounds a long blast may they approach the mountain.”
Jonah Goes to Nineveh
This is after Jonah was swallowed by a great fish and remained there for 3 days. Then Jonah decided to obey God’s command.
1Then the word of the Lord came to Jonah a second time: 2 “Go to the great city of Nineveh and proclaim to it the message I give you.”
3 Jonah obeyed the word of the Lord and went to Nineveh. Now Nineveh was a very large city; it took three days to go through it. 4 Jonah began by going a day’s journey into the city, proclaiming, “Forty more days and Nineveh will be overthrown.” 5 The Ninevites believed God. A fast was proclaimed, and all of them, from the greatest to the least, put on sackcloth.
6 When Jonah’s warning reached the king of Nineveh, he rose from his throne, took off his royal robes, covered himself with sackcloth and sat down in the dust. 7 This is the proclamation he issued in Nineveh:
“By the decree of the king and his nobles:
Do not let people or animals, herds or flocks, taste anything; do not let them eat or drink. 8 But let people and animals be covered with sackcloth. Let everyone call urgently on God. Let them give up their evil ways and their violence. 9 Who knows? God may yet relent and with compassion turn from his fierce anger so that we will not perish.”
10 When God saw what they did and how they turned from their evil ways, he relented and did not bring on them the destruction he had threatened.
Jesus also gives many warnings for what is to come:
3 As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”
4 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.
9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
15 “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’[a] spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand— 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. 19 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20 Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again.
22 “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. 23 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. 24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you ahead of time.
26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.
The book of Revelation is entirely written as a prophetic warning to the world. Telling all of us that if we are not saved then we shall endure God’s righteous judgement.
So, this is why I believe that we, as Christians need to be spreading the gospel and warning unbelievers and believers of what is to come! God is the same yesterday as he is today as he will be tomorrow! The bible gives us his characteristics. He is unwavering and does not change. If God did not want us to give warnings, to watch for the signs and to tell others, than why is it even written in the bible? If this is true then he did not need to put any details regarding his wrath in the bible. He would only need to tell us that he loves us and has saved us by his grace and mercy through his son Jesus Christ. But, that is not the case. In fact just the opposite is true.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Read it for yourself. Think about it. Pray about it.
God Bless You All!!! Praise God!!! Amen Until next time! 🙂

Let’s Fight The Good Fight!
By Gordon King
Hello everyone, brothers and sisters in Christ.
I hope and pray that this post finds you all well!
What is God telling us right now? What is he asking of us? What are we as Christians doing for the Lord? What should we do?
What is God is telling us right now?
I believe that he is telling us that his return for the church is near.
Very near. He continues to give us signs. Signs of the times. Are we watching as we should be? Are we desperately awaiting his return?
Meteors are striking the earth in numbers! There are numerous wars and rumors of wars! Famine, pestilence and plagues are increasing by the day! There have been numerous earthquakes in various places along with many other natural disasters! There have been and are many signs in the heavens and the earth. There have been and will be blood-red moons, blood-red rivers, lakes and oceans. The hearts of many have waxed cold. What was once good is viewed as wrong and what was once wrong is viewed as good. What was once unacceptable is now acceptable, and what was once acceptable is now unacceptable. Evil deeds are on the rise every single day! These are only the beginning of birth pangs and will continue to increase until the return of Christ! Christianity was the faith of the nation, one nation under God. Now Christianity is looked down upon, persecuted and accursed! The religion of Chrislam has been going on in Africa for decades and is becoming a popular and intriguing idea for many in America. The Apostate church! I am unsure if there are any active Chrislam churches in America at the current time.
What is God asking of Christians at this time?
I strongly believe that God is calling all Christians to perform his will. Listen for his calling on your life. Pick up your cross and follow him. That is what Jesus meant when he said “pick up your cross and follow me”. He did not mean to actually pick up a cross. Rather, he wants us to refrain from sinning, live a Godly life, live like him and spread the gospel. Cast aside the things of this world and live for Christ! Do not live in the flesh, live in the Spirit. Allow the Holy Spirit to work through you. Learn to be quiet and listen for God’s voice to speak to you. Not an actual voice, but, an internal voice. That is where the Holy Spirit within you dwells. Sometimes God uses others to speak to us, or he will give us other signs such as through a radio station or a sermon. God works in mysterious ways! It can take time to learn to listen and know when God is speaking to you. The closer you get to God, the easier it becomes. He will speak to you more often. Sometimes he may give you visions, dreams or feelings. Do not ignore these. Pray on them. Ask God to help you understand. Ask him for confirmation.
What are we as Christians doing for the Lord?
How are we living our Christian lives? Are we living for the Lord as he commanded of us? Or are we partaking in the ways of the world? Are we living for God? Jesus told us to spread the gospel until his return. Are we doing that? We are living in the end times! Now is the time to live for Christ! We all need to be praying for the salvation of the lost. We need to be spreading the gospel. Helping those in need. Giving to the poor. Encouraging each other with love and kindness. This is not a time to be critical of one another. If someone is accusing you of something, test their spirit:
1 John 4:1-3 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3 but every spirit that does not acknowledgeJesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.
We all need to encourage one another, love one another and try to live peaceably with one another. It can be a very difficult task, one that I often find myself struggling with. I am most definitely not perfect. I am a sinner. I try my best, but, unfortunately I am a sinner. The good news is that God forgives me! And he will forgive you! Let us all work together for the Lord! Boost each other up in the Spirit! Fight the good fight. Live as warriors for Christ!!!
What should we do?
This is a good question. I believe that we must put God first in our lives. Love him with all of our heart. This is the first commandment. Then we must live a Godly life. Repent from our sins and ask God for forgiveness. We will make mistakes and stumble along the way. That is ok. Just get back up, shake off the dust and carry on. Keep God first. Remember, He is always with you! He will help you along the way. We are his children and he loves us much more than we will ever know. He wants to help us and give us whatever we need. We must then spread the gospel. Spread the gospel with love, kindness and understanding. Then we must also bring back the lost sheep to the flock. The Christians who have been led astray. We must also be continually seeking the Lord and his return!
Remember this: time is so very short! God is giving us signs that his return is near. Will we see his signs? Will we obey his commands? Will we listen to his words? The choice is ours. God has given us free will.
Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
May the peace, comfort and strength of the Lord be with you all!
God Bless You! Let’s fight the good fight! Amen 🙂

Obama Wins Re-Election! What Next?
Obama Wins Election! What’s next for USA and The World?
President Obama has won the election and will remain in office. As a Christian and believer in God’s Word, I vote accordingly. I vote the will of God! I will not support a candidate who is pro-abortion, for gay marriage, supports the Muslim community and not Christianity, who does not support Israel and who apologizes to the rest of the World for America and what we stand for.
With that being said, “What is now in store for America and the rest of The World?”
If the President continues on the path that he began four years ago we are looking at Trillions of dollars more being added to our Federal deficit. Our country cannot handle this enormous debt. I believe that we are headed for an economic collapse.
The stock market opened this morning with the DOW down 360 points. Our country is Trillions of dollars in debt. We have no budget. The President has not been able to work with the Republicans in Congress. Will the “Bush” tax cuts expire at the end of the year? If they do, what does that mean for you and me? What does all of this mean for the rest of the economy? What does this mean for the rest of the World? After all, our economies are all tied together. Like dominoes we fall. The USA is headed for a major depression, much greater than “The Great Depression” of the 1930’s. What will happen when our economy collapses? Will there be rioting in our streets? Chaos and anarchy? Yes, I believe so. Food prices will soar, as well as gas, clothing, electricity, heating and cooling costs, medical care, everything. The World is definitely being setup for a World leader to take charge and save everyone. To proclaim that he can help restore the National economies.
I also think that the chance of a Nuclear war happening soon has just greatly increased. If Obama does not support Israel, then Israel will be forced to attack Iran. I think it will happen anyway, but now much sooner. Israel does not have much of a choice. It comes down to do or die. And after the Holocaust of WWII the Jewish people have vowed to never let that happen again. I don’t blame them one bit. In fact I fully support them. The Bible says that many nations will come against Israel to destroy her. I think this may occur very soon.
The current civil war in Syria continues to escalate daily. Damascus may be completely destroyed soon. Israel may also have to intervene in Syria as well. The Israelis have taken fire from Syrian troops in the Golan Heights. Palestinians have also joined Syrian rebels fighting against Assad’s regime. Turkey may also enter into the war soon. What better time for Iran and her allies to attack Israel.
God says that all of this will happen. He has never been wrong. All of Bible prophecy has come to pass. Why would it change now? This is a very exciting time to be alive if you are a Christian. If not then it can and will be a very horrifying time to be alive. Many people are being deceived and given great delusions. Everything is happening at an accelerated pace including Bible Prophecy!
