“The Lord is my strength and my shield;
My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped;
Therefore my heart greatly rejoices,
And with my song I will praise Him.
8 The Lord is their strength,
And He is the saving refuge of His anointed.
9 Save Your people,
And bless Your inheritance;
Shepherd them also,
And bear them up forever.“
This week on ‘The Hal Lindsey Report‘
When the Lord called me to the prophetic ministry many decades ago, I knew that while the “big news” was the Good News, it would be carried in on ever-increasing waves of bad news.
The “big news” is that Jesus Christ is coming back and He’s coming back soon. I believe that the Bible indicates that many of those of the generation that saw Israel become a nation in 1948 will still be alive at the coming of the Lord. That’s the Good News.
Hello to all! Peace and Blessings to everyone reading this post! May the Spirit of the Lord be with you.
I have had the feeling of calm. A feeling of quietness. Of stillness. Like the calm before the storm. A feeling that something big is coming soon! Is anyone else feeling this? For the past six months or so, I have felt that we are getting very close to the return of the Lord. I now feel that it is getting very, very close. That Revelation is unfolding quickly before our eyes. Of course the signs are all around us. You would have to be blind not to see them. Yet, so many people, including other Christians just don’t seem to see. Or they don’t want to see or seem to care.
Why do so many so called Christians not want to believe in Revelation. That we are living in the end times? Are they really true believers in Jesus? Do they read and study God’s word? If so, then why do they not believe all of it?
Some times I feel so alone. That I am the only one who believes in the Revelation of the bible. That Jesus is returning soon and the rapture could happen at any time! Although I know that there are millions of other Christians who believe as I do. Yet, I know so many that don’t. I try and explain things to them, but they do not want to hear it. They think that I am over the top! That I am taking the bible too literally. Blowing things up out of proportion!
I believe in God’s word. What he tells us in the bible is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. That what he says will happen in the future, and will happen just as he said that it would. That bible prophecy is infallible. That all of scripture is the true word of God. That if you believe any of it, then you must believe all of it or none of it. If any of it is false, then you must disregard the entire bible!
God is sending us a message. He is warning the world. He is telling us all to repent and seek him for salvation. To live as he intended us to live. That he is about to pour out his wrath upon the world!
The Spirit of the Lord is upon us! We as faithful Christians must warn the world what is coming soon!!! The Lord is calling all believers to be strong, faithful and courageous. To pray for his will to be done in us and the world. To pray for the lost to be saved. Time is so short brothers and sisters!
We do not have time to be disagreeing and arguing with each other regarding scripture. That is not what God wants us to be doing at this time! We need to hold fast and be steady. He wants us to fulfill the commands that he has given to each and everyone of us. To perform the work of our calling. To continue with his work in faith, mercy and grace!
I pray for God to enlighten us, to fill us with the Holy Spirit for direction, instruction and courage! To now pour out his Spirit upon the world for revival. To unite the army of God as one body. To save lost souls. To bring back the lost sheep that have wandered away from their Savior.
Praise God and God Bless You all! Your brother in Christ, Gordon! 😉
Thanksgiving is a time to be grateful for all that we have. A time to share with the ones we love. Enjoying good food together. Spending quality time together. Sharing and giving to those who are less fortunate. A time for peace. A time to reflect.
God tells me that this is how we should be living our lives every day! Not just one day a year. I think that so many Americans do just that. They live for themselves day to day. What can I do for me? What do I need? What can I spend my money on for myself? Giving thanks only on that one special day.
God has given everyone of us some very special blessings. He has given us life, breath and air to breathe. Food, shelter and clothing. He has blessed our nation more than any other nation in the history of the world! I thank God everyday for everything that he has given me. I especially thank him for the grace that he has shown me by sacrificing himself to give me eternal life! For keeping me close to his bosom. For never turning his back on me and helping me in times of trouble and in peace. For accepting me back into his loving arms after I have walked away from him.
Thank you God for being you!
God Bless you all and Happy Thanksgiving! 😉
