Healthcare Worker Shortage Crisis

The world is full of crises right now as threats of shortages loom across the globe, food and water shortages, energy shortages, employment shortages, prescription medication shortages, police shortages, and even banks having shortages of money to pay their depositors.  But there is another shortage that is further threatening the lives of many that we don’t hear much about, healthcare worker shortages!

MEDICAL FILTH: Patients at understaffed NYC hospitals experiencing lengthy ER waits surrounded by litter and human waste

I only work part time now in skilled nursing facilities due to the “vaccine” mandates, as I was terminated for refusing to take it.  I was able to get a religious exemption from one facility working part time, which supplements the social security that I was forced to take early.  Every day that I work I see fewer and fewer healthcare workers in these facilities, mainly nurses, nurse’s aides, and therapists.  

It has gotten so bad that virtually every skilled nursing facility in the surrounding area that I live has a shortage of nurses, aides, and therapists.  I receive text messages and phone calls on a regular basis now asking me if I am interested in signing on with them.  And I suspect that now they are willing to give me an exemption from the “vaccine”.  However, at this point it’s too late for me, I’m already drawing social security payments, and I don’t want to work full time anymore!

My question is: “where did all of these healthcare workers go?”   It wasn’t like this before the “plandemic”, in fact, some people were even laid off, including myself, due to having too much staff.  Did they die off from Covid or the “vaccine” injections?  Did they just get burnt out and tired of working under draconian mandates?  Did they just leave their professions and seek alternative employment?  I don’t know.  But what I do know is that there is a healthcare shortage across the nation, it’s not only happening in my area of the country, and many healthcare workers such as myself have been terminated for not taking the bioweapon injection!

This shortage is causing many, many people to be ill-treated if even treated at all, and if they are treated many inadequately treated at best.  

I know that the facilities that I work in are very understaffed, and I tell them that I can only work part time, a very specific number of hours, leaving many people untreated.  It’s very disheartening to say the least.  I do my best to treat my patients the best that I can, but it leaves me feeling guilty and in sorrow for those that don’t get seen or have to wait longer to be seen.

I don’t know why this is happening, but I believe that it’s only the beginning of the shortage, especially since our borders are now open and millions of illegals are entering the country.  This will only exacerbate the problem, leaving many more people untreated, inadequately treated, or to fend for themselves.  Not to mention the healthcare workers left to carry the load becoming burnt out, causing even more workers to leave the system, I see it every day!

As the Global Elite continue to push their agenda and destroy our society lawlessness will increase, and with lawlessness comes danger and injuries which will further burden the healthcare system.  Not only will lawlessness increase the shortage, but the Covid injections will as well, destroying immune systems and causing severe injuries such as myocarditis, strokes, blood clots, and more.  It’s a viscous cycle my friends, but it didn’t have to be this way.  It’s a humanitarian disaster which was man-made!
