God’s Judgment!

Commentary By:  Gordon King

God will not be mocked, for we reap what we sow!

Galatians 6:7

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.”

Do not be deceived my friends, we will not get away with sowing unrighteousness without reaping the rewards of it.  If we sow unrighteousness then we shall also reap unrighteousness!

Is this what we see happening in the world today, is this what we see happening in America today?!  I believe that this is part of it.  However, could it also be that the good Lord is also judging us?  I believe that it not only could be but that He is!

The Lord is righteous, holy, and just, and as such He cannot let sin go unpunished or unanswered, if He did then He wouldn’t be a just God, but He is!  The good Lord is also a patient God, but His patience will only last so long, and just perhaps His patience has run thin.

Numbers 14:18

“The Lord is longsuffering and abundant in mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression; but He by no means clears the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation.”

Is the iniquity of America full?  Is America’s cup of iniquity running over?!

Jeremiah 16:10-13

“And it shall be, when you show this people all these words, and they say to you, ‘Why has the Lord pronounced all this great disaster against us? Or what is our iniquity? Or what is our sin that we have committed against the Lord our God?’ 11then you shall say to them, ‘Because your fathers have forsaken Me,’ says the Lord; ‘they have walked after other gods and have served them and worshiped them, and have forsaken Me and not kept My law. 12And you have done worse than your fathers, for behold, each one follows the dictates of his own evil heart, so that no one listens to Me. 13Therefore I will cast you out of this land into a land that you do not know, neither you nor your fathers; and there you shall serve other gods day and night, where I will not show you favor.’ “

We have sinned against the Lord our God, we have forsaken Him and not kept His law.  We have followed our own evil hearts and have not listened to God, we have walked after other gods, have served them and worshiped them!  Yes, I would say that our cup of iniquity is running over!

We can see from history that the good Lord is very patient, yet at the same time there is a limit as to how long His patience lasts.  And when it does He punishes those who have sinned against Him.

Could God’s punishment include giving us what we ask for and deserve?  Yes, I believe that it most definitely does!

Romans 1:18-32

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.

24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, 30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.”

I am in no way saying that the Lord will punish the righteous, on the contrary, God protects those that belong to Him!  He keeps us from His wrath.

Romans 5:9

“Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.”

Psalm 91

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High

Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”

Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler
And from the perilous pestilence.
He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.

A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.
Only with your eyes shall you look,
And see the reward of the wicked.

Because you have made the Lordwho is my refuge,
Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
10 No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
11 For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.
12 In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,
The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.

14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him,
And show him My salvation.” ‘

Those that are born again shall not endure God’s wrath.  With that being said, we could still be living in this world when God pour’s out some of His wrath upon the world, but He will protect us from it!  This is a promise from God.  We as believers are not destined for wrath but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ!

Romans 1:18

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,”

1 Thessalonians 5:9-11

For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.

11 Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.”

We are told to comfort and edify one another during these times, why?  Because, the apostle Paul knew that we would be living in times when God does pour out His wrath upon the world.  He also knew that we would be living in perilous times, times when the world has been turned upside down and inside out!  And isn’t that how we see the world now, nothing seems to make much sense anymore?

It wouldn’t surprise me one bit if we see Joe Biden elected the next POTUS, it would be God telling us that America is getting what it deserves, that the world is getting what it deserves!  And if it happens then we will be more than one step closer to a Global government, we will be leaps and bounds closer to a One World Government!  Things in this world will fall apart very quickly, or should I say fall into place much more quickly.

The world is moving very quickly towards the formation of a Global government, it’s been in the works now for decades.  We have been given a short reprieve with President Trump in office, but it will end soon, either in a couple of months from now or a few more years from now, but it will end.

We shall see some of God’s wrath being poured out upon the world, but this is a mere shadow of what’s to come!  For during the coming Tribulation period God will pour out His wrath without hesitation, His fury and anger poured out upon His enemies!

Nahum 1:2

God is jealous, and the Lord avenges;
The Lord avenges and is furious.
The Lord will take vengeance on His adversaries,
And He reserves wrath for His enemies;”

Those of God know the things of God, only those that are born again can see what is coming upon this world, they are the only ones that know why things in this world are the way that they are and where they are headed.  The world can see bits and pieces of what’s happening, some of them even know things to come written in scripture, but they only have small pieces of the puzzle, they cannot see the whole picture as we can.

And if we know the whole picture, if we can see what’s to come and why, then we are not to fear what is coming upon this world.  For we know the ending, we know where we are headed, and we know that God has some very amazing things in store for us!

Let us not rely on this world, but let us wholly rely on God and His promises for us!  For ours is not of this world but of the kingdom of God Almighty, the one and only true God of this universe!  Amen.

God bless my friends!  Maranatha!

  1. Yes Gordon I agree , I can see what is coming but have no one around me that does or even wants to hear, they want to just bury their heads , I will not trust in anything mere man is saying , unless tried and tested,
    I am so wary now because there is so much mixture. I know there is a great reset planned and this ‘plan..dem ic’ and the coming ..solution will just pave the way for the next stage and then the next. We must not take our eyes off Jesus, we will sink into fear and despondency if we do.

    Dear brother, I want to share a video with you and your readers if possible, it is a plea for help from a dear brother in Christ from Kenya. I have come to know him well over the past few years and I have been praying about the situation he describes and believe this is the right thing to do in reaching out for support for the church. please pray for them and share the video with others if you can.

    God bless you with His peace and joy.

  2. Thanks for your comment Myrtle Esther!

    It amazes me at how the world is falling into place according to God’s plan, each and every step happening in real time.

    I will have to watch that video and see for myself.

    God bless sister! Maranatha! Gordon
