Increasing spiritual darkness is spreading much, much worse than COVID-19!

There is a spiritual darkness pervading the land, a darkness which turns people away from righteousness and leads them into rebellion. It is a darkness that turns good into evil and evil into good! It seeks to destroy what God has ordained as righteous and holy, to permeate the minds and souls of people to do things which are in direct rebellion against God Almighty, so God turned them over to a debased mind!
This is where we are in the world today my friends, a world that has turned upside down, a world in which the thoughts of men’s hearts is only evil continually! Just as in the days of Noah.
Genesis 6:5
“Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”
We are at that stage in the history of man, at the precipice of God saying enough is enough! As in the days of Noah so also will the coming of the Son of man be.
Matthew 24:37-39
“But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”
I never before ever thought that the world would be in such a mess as it is today, at least I never thought that I would see things happen as they are today. I thought that we as believers would be raptured out of here before things got as bad as they are now. But we are still here and the world is getting darker not by the day but by the hour!
Government officials are hypocritical at best, denying those of faith their rights to worship as they chose, yet not only allowing but encouraging protesters and rioters to come together in mass without any condemnation of possibly infecting other people with the Coronavirus. Of government officials calling for the defunding of our police departments, while at the same time encouraging and honoring those that seek to destroy and tear apart what others have worked so hard at building!
We know that the times are becoming very dark and evil when we see rioters being praised for the destruction of private property and then turning on those who are defending their own property and lives! They call to defund the police for our protection yet at the same time call us evil and wicked for defending ourselves, telling us that we should do no such thing!
We know that we are in very dark times when we see government officials and rioters supporting only one race as worthy of life, yet then turn around and say that other races are wicked and evil. When they proclaim that a certain race of people should be honored above all people yet they support and praise abortion clinics that kill the very same people they claim to be supporting!
These are very spiritual times my friends, very spiritual indeed! As the world rebels against God and those who claim faith in God they themselves succumb to evil and wicked spirits! They claim to have no god yet follow the god of this world, Satan. And Satan has unleashed a multitude of evil spirits throughout the world, spirits which permeate the minds and hearts of those in rebellion to God Almighty, those that not only rebel against God but also those that belong to God Almighty!
Its no coincidence that the world is turning chaotic, more and more rebellious, more cold blooded, more selfish, more lawless, further and further away from the truth of God’s word. As the world continues to push God away it becomes more and more satanic, it becomes more and more like Satan! Evil, wicked, chaotic, lawless, ruthless, self-centered, proud and egotistical.
We were warned by the apostle Paul that in the last days perilous time would come, and say it isn’t so!
2 Timothy 3:1-5
“But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!”
This is the world that we live in folks, this is the way things are quickly becoming, just as in the days of Noah!
Satan is no fool, he is very smart and cunning, deceitful in everyway. And he uses words, ideologies, and causes to his content, twisting the truth, hiding the truth, using them as vehicles for destruction, as a trojan horse! He takes the word of the living God out of context, twisting the truth, misinterpreting the truth. He enters the church and even causes those of faith to become led astray, and thus we have a falling away!
One sign of the closeness of Christ’s return for the church is a falling away from the faith, from the truth of God’s word.
2 Thessalonians 2:1-4
“Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.”
The apostle Paul is telling us that the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him (the rapture of the church) will not come until the “falling away” comes first. Just what is this “falling away?” I believe that it is the falling away from the faith, that many will be deceived and fall away.
Satan is a great deceiver, and we must all be aware that his is to deceive, to lead astray with all unrighteous deception!
2 Thessalonians 2:9-10
“The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.”
Great deception, this is the working of Satan! This is what we see taking place in the world today, people being deceived by clever thoughts, by spoken words, by hidden agendas under the guise of social justice, righteousness, and civil liberties! And why does the world believe these lies? Because they did not receive the love of the truth that they might be saved!
Ephesians 5:6-7
“Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. 7 Therefore do not be partakers with them.”
So can we as born again believers in Jesus Christ still be deceived? Of course we can! If we wander away from the truth, if we fail to read, study, and understand God’s word, if we do not walk in the Spirit of Truth, then we can most certainly be deceived! It’s not that we lose our salvation, however, we can disobey the Lord and walk away from the truth. What I am wondering myself is just how many of those that are a part of this great falling away were actually saved in the first place?
So as believers in Jesus Christ what are we to do in these perilous times? Should we just sit back and allow it all to happen? Of course not!
Luke 19:13
“And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.”
The good Lord told us to occupy till He comes! He wants us to perform His will on earth, to do what is righteous and holy, to promote goodness, to fight the good fight!
Isaiah 1:16-17
“Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean;
Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes.
Cease to do evil,
17 Learn to do good;
Seek justice,
Rebuke the oppressor;
Defend the fatherless,
Plead for the widow.”
We are not to just sit back and allow evil to permeate society, we are to fight back with righteousness, holiness, and goodness! If we allow bad things to happen and do nothing to stop it then we deserve what we get!
Ephesians 5:11
“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.”
It’s not that we are out to change the world, however, we are to perform God’s will, and that includes speaking the truth the whole truth, promoting righteousness and goodness, performing good works in the name of the Lord, supporting righteousness, exposing darkness. How are we to do such things? First by prayer and supplication, but that’s not all, we are to go out into the world and do what Jesus did, help those in need, show love, kindness, goodness, and gentleness. Expose the darkness in the world and tell the truth. Support good and worthy causes, support those that support the word of God and His morals and values.
As believers in Jesus Christ we may not be able to change the world nor are we supposed to, however, that does not mean that we cannot make a difference nor that we shouldn’t try. I believe that as long as we are still here then we should try! We should support God’s morals and values, we should be beacons of light and not darkness, we should shine the light of God into this dark world, this is our calling from the Lord. It’s not enough to just say that we believe in something if we don’t do anything about it! For instance, it’s not enough to tell a hungry person that you are praying for them to be filled and do nothing about it!
James 2:14
“What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.”
Our faith without works is dead! We must as believers show our faith by our works, therefore we must go out into the world and perform God’s will! We must fight for righteousness and goodness and against evil and wickedness, this is God’s will!
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
“To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:
2 A time to be born,
And a time to die;
A time to plant,
And a time to pluck what is planted;
3 A time to kill,
And a time to heal;
A time to break down,
And a time to build up;
4 A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
5 A time to cast away stones,
And a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace,
And a time to refrain from embracing;
6 A time to gain,
And a time to lose;
A time to keep,
And a time to throw away;
7 A time to tear,
And a time to sew;
A time to keep silence,
And a time to speak;
8 A time to love,
And a time to hate;
A time of war,
And a time of peace.”

End Time Bible Prophecy 
Brother Gordon, Gov. Newsom just ordered the church gatherings shut down with no end date in sight. Here in So Calif. This is a HUGE deal my friend. Many mega churches that just got their children’s ministries up and running after the last shutdown are told to cease operations.
I watch the services online and see 2,200 people sitting in the sancturary shoulder to shoulder with no face coverings and half to wonder if there are some infected people transmitting the virus even during the services.
I wonder how Paul would have handled this situation if it had happened during his time.
Anyway, these evils have come upon us as you have written in this article. We are no longer going to live in “normal” times. Everything from here on out is going to be disrupted by evil.
Evil people will take every advantage to disrupt the church even to burn the buildings down.
Persecution is coming to Christians in this country like no one has ever seen. The liberal socialist left evil cannot co exist with christianity. We need to prepare for persecution while looking for the rapture.
