I love this prayer from Austin Sparks: “Lord, there is power to carry me through, and by prayer I come in, to touch that power to carry me through the trials of every day in relation to the meaning of the trial.” So whatever trial we’re going through our Lord gives us the power to move forward. In doing so, giving us courage to persevere, to teach others (by our attitude and actions) and teach ourselves the meaning of how great His love is. “Though He slays us we will praise Him!”
