I am bringing up a topic which may seem offensive to some people, nevertheless I believe that it is very important for the time that we are living in, very significant, we are living in perilous times my friends, perilous times! Just speaking about things like this really make me wonder just how much longer could it actually be before the rapture of the church!
I have recently had some discussion on a post that I wrote last July:
Some argue that we need more gun control in America, that many of the guns we may currently posses should be confiscated, they believe that this is the problem with increased gun violence, too many guns in the hands of citizens, while others, myself included, believe that it’s not the guns that are the problem but criminals using guns, that if we restrict the ownership and use of guns by law abiding citizens than we are taking away our ability to defend ourselves, our loved ones, and innocent life.
When we take a look back through history we see many nations which enforced strict gun control in their nations, these nations also brought forth wicked and evil rulers, rulers who are responsible for millions of deaths, deaths of their own citizens. They were tyrannical governments making slaves of their citizens, controlling all aspects of their lives. These people were wards of the State, unable to make many of their own decisions regarding their own lives. They lost more and more of their freedoms, more and more of their rights, rights not only given to them by their nation, but rights given to them by God!
Is this what we want for America? Is this how we want our lives to be, less and less freedoms, more and more government control over our lives?! Not for me!
Yet so many Americans are led by the “Progressive Movement”, a movement which is another term for “Socialism”! Some say that Joseph Stalin was responsible for up to 60 million deaths, deaths of his own people, he was a staunch Socialist. Venezuela is a Socialist nation and we see where they are headed, severe lack of food, medicine, and medical care. So why the big push towards Socialism?
This is not a perfect world, and there is no perfect government, not yet anyway, but America has had the closet thing to it since 1776. It is a nation founded under and by God, with God-given rights. However, this nation has been pushing God out of government, schools, and society in general and replacing it with humanistic ideologies, ideologies which go against God and His word. This has led to the downfall of our society, the degradation of society at large, and the infiltration of evil ideologies taking a foothold within the masses. Do you believe that this all happened by chance? Think again!
Satan is very wise and clever, he has a plan, a plan for a One World Government, a One World Religion, and a One World Economy. What we see happening in America is part of his evil agenda. When we hear the terms “Progressive Movement”, “Global Warming”, etc., then we should know that they are actually referring to a plan to bring the world together in formation of a One World Government headed by a One World Leader, the Antichrist! There is nothing good about them, they have evil intentions, they are very deceptive, and they are leading many people astray under the guise of “good” when it is actually “evil”!
So how does the Progressive Movement, Socialism, and a One World Government tie together with gun control? By taking away the guns and gun rights for law-abiding citizens America is one step closer to Socialism. When the people are unarmed then the government has power over the people to instill whatever ideologies it desires over its citizens. Socialism is a step towards a One World Government, and a One World Government needs a One World Ruler, the Antichrist!
We all have the God-given right to protect ourselves and our loved ones, to protect human life when it is threatened. Stripping us of this right is stripping us of our humanity, it is taking away our ability to defend life, it is taking away our Constitutional rights. You cannot make all citizens criminals, but criminals are citizens, however, there is a difference between the two, they are both distinctly different entities, and once you smear the lines, once you make them one and the same then you are condemning all citizens as criminals! This is exactly what some people are attempting to do when they seek to enforce more and more gun control laws in America. What they are in fact doing is arming the criminals to the teeth with automatic and semi-automatic weapons and taking them away from the law-abiding citizens. It’s like someone trying to fight off a grizzly bear with a bb gun!
Once the law-abiding citizens are “de-gunned” then both the criminals and the government have full power to enforce whatever they want upon the innocent. The citizens then become wards of the State, slaves of the State, sitting ducks in the presence of armed criminals seeking harm to them.
Quote from our 3rd President of the United States of America Thomas Jefferson:
“When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.”
Jesus told His disciples to go out and purchase swords for anyone who didn’t have one, why did He do it? Was it so that they could have utensils to cut watermelon? No! Of course not! He told them to do it so that they would have protection to fight off evil doers. Swords in that day are like semi-automatic weapons of today, knives of that day were like having hand guns of today, they didn’t have guns then or He would have told them to go out and buy guns!
“Then He said to them, “But now, he who has a money bag, let him take it, and likewise a knapsack; and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one. 37 For I say to you that this which is written must still be accomplished in Me: ‘And He was numbered with the transgressors.’ For the things concerning Me have an end.”
38 So they said, “Lord, look, here are two swords.”
And He said to them, “It is enough.”
He didn’t want them to use the swords for murder, but He did intend for them to use them to fight off evil, for the protection of life.
The bible is explicit with examples of evil being fought throughout the old testament, even King David fought off Goliath with a sling shot and stones, a formidable weapon in those days! Was this considered murder? No! He was fighting against evil which threatened human life! God told the Israelites to fight and kill many different people, why? Because in God’s eyes they were evil, this was not considered murder. One of the laws in the Ten Commandments says to not murder, but is killing in self-defense murder? No, I don’t believe that it is, it is the preservation of life. The old testament has laws for people committing heinous crimes, the sentencing of capital punishment, being put to death, these were laws from God.
“Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “Again, you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘Whoever of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell in Israel, who gives any of his descendants to Molech, he shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone him with stones.“
Do we just sit back and allow people to do evil things to us, or do we fight them off with the ability that we have? When we are in need of something do we just sit and wait for it to come, or do we go out and seek it? Did Moses just sit in the wilderness and wait for God to free his people from Egypt or did he do something? When the people needed water did he just lying around waiting or did he do something? My point is that of course we always come to God first, but there are things that we do for God to make them happen. We might have faith that God will supply us with a job, but He expects us to get up off of our duffs and do something, this is faith in the works.
This is where we are in the world today, evil and violence becoming an epidemic. But we cannot just sit around and allow evil to overtake us. We must fight evil with good, but sometimes that includes self-defense. I’m not talking about being persecuted for our faith, that’s another story all together, but I am talking about people with evil intentions seeking to do us harm for the sake of evil itself.
This may seem a little strange talking about a One World Government and gun control, I mean what in the world do they have in common? They have everything in common my friends, everything! You must be able to see the big picture, the entire scheme of things. By restricting our rights to own and bear arms the government has control over our lives. And when the government has control over our lives they can and will instill ideologies which fall in line with a One World Government, this is where it is all headed! What did Hilary Clinton call half of Trump supporters during the 2016 Presidential Campaign? She called them a “basket of deplorables”. This is what it was like with Joseph Stalin during his Socialist reign in Russia, he was set on silencing those in opposition to him. And this is what it would be like if and when a tyrannical dictator takes office in America! It’s really not that far-fetched and it’s really not that far away either, it could happen sooner than anyone thinks!
When the government fears the people there is liberty, when the people fear the government there is tyranny!

All men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We have the right to life, and the right to protect life. Our founding fathers knew that government could go bad, just as the one that they left. They also knew that the people were ultimately in charge of the country, and that the people had the right and the power to abolish it and establish a new government if the current one went bad.

Well folks, this is where we are in the world today. A world full of chaos, confusion, and uncertainty. A world in which evil is abounding, a world in which a One World Government is in the making. We have the right to defend ourselves and our loved ones. We have the right to defend our nation the way that it was established in 1776, under God and by God! We have rights, we have Constitutional rights and we have rights given to us by God.
If this is such a hot topic of discussion right now, and it is, then things in this world are really heating up! And it’s all happening for a reason, evil spirits are on the loose, they are seeking to devour whom they may, they are out to steal, kill, and destroy! And this is just how close we are to the beginning of the Tribulation period.
