Increasing Evil Spirits of Chaos and Confusion!

chaos and confusion copy

Commentary By:  Gordon King

My friends, there is a spirit of chaos and confusion in the world, a spirit which is seeking to undermine not only the world but also the followers of Christ!

We are being inundated with evil spirits which seek to do us harm, and which will stop at nothing to accomplish their task.  These spirits are real and they are here now and out in force, for they know that they only have a short time!

These spirits are causing lawlessness to abound, they are changing the hearts and minds of the lost, and they are leading many down the road to destruction.  Do not be alarmed when you see wickedness abound, and when you hear of people committing heinous acts of violence, for it is written that it will happen in the last days.

2 Peter 3:1-5

But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

When people are more concerned with the welfare of themselves rather than of others, when people are disobedient, unthankful, and unholy, when they are unforgiving, slanderers, and without self-control, beware!

2 Peter 3:13

But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.

Evil men are growing worse, they are deceiving and being deceived, isn’t this the truth?!

We are living in perilous times, times of uncertainty, times of fear, and times of lawlessness!  People have become very self-serving, self-righteous, proud and blasphemous, they are unforgiving and unholy.  These are all signs of the times, signs of the last days just before the return of Christ, the time just before the rapture of the church!

The good Lord has given us warning, He has spoken these words to us so that we would not be ignorant, so that we would know that the time is near.  Let us not forsake prophecy, nor let us set aside the words that the good Lord has spoken to us!

1 Thessalonians 5:20

Do not despise prophecies.

Put on the whole armor of God daily, do it before you leave the house, before you get up and out of bed!

Our time on earth is short, the coming of our Lord and Savior is near!  Seek God first in all things and know that He is with you and we shall soon be going home!

Do not fear what is coming upon this world, for ours is not a spirit of fear, nor should we fear God’s wrath.

Do you not know that we are not appointed to wrath?  The good Lord tells us to take comfort in this.

1 Thessalonians 5:9-11

For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.  11 Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.

He is coming soon to catch us up in the air to be with Him, made a new creation, with a glorified body, for eternity!

Watch and be ready, for the return of our Lord and Savior is at hand!

God bless my friends!  Maranatha!

Thank you Gordon, I will make sure I follow this good advice and put the armour on before I rise each day! It is so important and so easy to forget and rush off then have a terrible day and realise too late we have been easy meat for the enemy. After all no soldier would rush headlong into battle without protective clothing etc.

    God bless
    Maranatha!
