The World pays tribute to Homosexuality!

Commentary By:  Gordon King

The world mourns over the murder of 49 people and pays tribute to the loss of life.  However, it seems to me that there is much more going on here than what they are saying.

If you read the last post I made: “Globe Awash in Rainbows as World Mourns Orlando Tragedy”, then you can see with your own eyes what is really going on here.

The world is not merely paying tribute to the slain in this terrorist attack, and I believe that their main objective is to support the homosexual community.

The article says that rainbows herald the return of sunshine after a storm, however they fail to mention that God gave us the rainbow as a sign that He would never again destroy the earth by a great flood!  The rainbow has been hijacked by the gay community and used by them as a sign of homosexuality.  This in and of itself is an abomination to God Almighty.

The world maybe mourning the loss of 49 individuals, but what really stands out is their tribute to homosexuality.  They are not satisfied with just mourning and grieving over the loss of life, for some reason they need to make sure everyone knows and supports homosexuality.  They seem to be pushing the gay agenda under the guise of grieving.  This to me is a shame and a tragedy.

God has been left out of the equation, the passing of life into death has been ignored.  Eternal destiny in the eyes of the world seems to be merely a fairy tale.  This is the tragedy, that the world takes for granted life, and ignores the truth of eternal destiny, ignores God, and pushes Jesus Christ out of the picture.

Most of the victims of this tragic event were more than likely unbelievers, as they lived a gay lifestyle.  Perhaps some of them accepted Jesus Christ just before their deaths, no one knows for sure and we probably never will.  The point is that our lives can end quickly and without warning.  We may not have a chance to accept Christ and eternal life if we don’t do it now!

This life is a short journey, a trip leading to eternity.  From the perspective of eternity this physical life is not even a blip on the radar screen, that’s how short it is.  We were originally put on this earth to live with God, but that has changed, now we are here to make a decision, an eternal decision, to live with God or without God forever!

My heart breaks for the victims of this tragic event, it mourns and grieves for their souls.  This physical life, as precious as it is, represents the door to life or death.  The entrance to either heaven or hell!  Once you are dead that’s it, no more chances, no more decisions to make, it’s done forever!

The world is going to become a darker place then it already is.  Moral decay, civil unrest, wars, terrorism, lies, deception, it’s all going to get worse not better!  Bible prophecy is happening now, it is being fulfilled.  The prophets of old knew what would happen and we do also if we read and study scripture.  They also knew that there would be a Savior, only one way to heaven, one way to eternal life, Jesus Christ, and we can too if we open our hearts and our eyes to the truth!

Grieve for the lost, pray for those affected by this horrific tragedy, pray for the health and healing of the injured.  Pray for their peace and comfort, for them to see that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven and eternal life.  Help those in need, and comfort the suffering.  Show them the love of Christ, and tell them the truth!

God bless my friends!  Maranatha!

What a sick commentary regarding the world mourning over gays. why not just mention that these people died. this Gay movement is sick, sick, sick.
What is becoming of our world. Terrorists, racial b.s and now Gays.
what has happened to pride in oneself, caring about our country….

I believe your post on this way out line with Christian beliefs, these people world wide were showing remorse for souls lost through a Islamic terrorist, for one thing you do not know how many of the people in the establishment were gay and how many were good straight Christians out having a good time. You are condemning all there as homosexuals far beyond your knowledge.

    • Gordon King

      Thanks for your comment John!

I never condemned anyone John, not one soul. And I never said that all of the victims were gay. You are missing the point entirely. The point is that the world seems to be paying tribute to homosexuality, not the loss of human life which is precious!

      God bless!

For one thing John…..a true “Christian” would not be in a nightclub at 2:00 am having a good time. It sounds like your view the laws of God as good as long as they line up with your lifestyle. We cannot compromise our beliefs for the sake of unity. If something is an abomination, than so be it! I will stand with Gordon in upholding God’s will despite the backlash…..trust me, I am use to it!!!

This is not what I was going to say on this post, but I will leave with a remark from a nineteenth century theologian: ” WHEN PRINCIPLES THAT RUN AGAINST YOUR DEEPEST CONVICTIONS BEGIN TO WIN THE DAY, THEN BATTLE IS YOUR CALLING AND PEACE HAS BECOME SIN. AT THE PRICE OF DEAREST PEACE, LAY YOUR CONVICTIONS BARE BEFORE FRIEND AND FOE WITH ALL THE FIRE OF YOUR FAITH.”

What a crock of *&%#! This article is ridiculous. Homosexuality is like different taste in food. It is just a different way of living and loving. I believe the God that created straight people and other sexual preferences couldn’t care less about sexual behavior but how you LOVE and TREAT your fellow man. I well remember a professor at my in a Seventh Day College saying, “Do you believe that thirteen men who lived day and night together never had sex during their time together?” He went on to make a point who knows and who cares what those men did in their personal lives, they went about doing GOOD and spreading LOVE TO ALL PEOPLE!

This article is very judgemental and would turn most TRUE LOVES OF A “LOVING GOD” off to believing in any bigoted God!

      Thanks for your comment Anonymous!

First of all the article is not about whether or not homosexuality is a sin or an abomination to God, which it is. It is about the world honoring homosexuality more than paying respects to lost lives! You have completely missed the point.

God is who He is, if you try to change Him then He is no longer God! You cannot pick and choose what attributes God has, if you do then you are making your own god.

What website do you think that you are on? This is a Christian website, dedicated to God. If you don’t like God’s laws then take it up with Him. God loves everyone, but He hates the sin! All of us have a choice to make, it’s your decision.

      God bless Anonymous!

Amen. Yes we should always mourn the loss of human life. But the most important thing is our eternal destination. This world celebrates sin, rewards sin, and even promotes sin. May this horrific event become a reason for sinners to repent and be assured of the gift of salvation. Pastor Jailal.

The homosexual will twist anything of God or the bible that fits their agenda. Genesis states clearly that God did not create homosexuality. I believe liberals and homosexuals will come up with their own version of the bible.

I am a heterosexual guy, yet God loves all his children regardless of their sexual preferences. I saw mothers crying for their young sons murdered by the Islamic Exremetist radical. No one deserves to die that way, the gay community should be left alone to be with whom they love. Marriage reduces social diseases, creates security and fulfillment, for both heterosexual and homosexual couples. I once knew a minister, she was the most evil person I ever met in my life and I have been to war. In America it is common for gay couples to adopt children with aides or serenely handicapped children, is that an evil person or couple, do they not follow the teachings God in love and mercy? Whom, am I God to judge others?

    • Gordon King

      Thanks for your comment Mike.

It’s not about judging others Mike, it’s about not rebelling against God and His laws. We choose to follow the God of the universe or the god of this world. God does love everyone, but He hates sin. He came to give everyone a chance to repent and accept Him as Lord and Savior.

This event was tragic, and I agree that no one deserves to die that way. The loss of life is horrendous! Christianity is not about forcing anyone to believe or change their ways, however Islam is! It really boggles my mind that so many people hate Christianity because we speak out about moral issues, yet they say nothing about Islam who wants to force people into submission! They want to kill, murder, rape, and destroy.

      God bless Mike!

The world pays respect to human beings without any predigest etc. God is respect, tolerance and most of all LOVE. We as humans must learned the meaning of feelings… God is the ACTIVE FORCE that moved us around; give us feelings to survived. Respect is the name and loved is the game… Amen.

    • Gordon King

      Thanks for your comment Erica!

I disagree Erica, that the world pays respect to human beings without prejudice. They are in fact paying homage to homosexuality, which uses the rainbow symbol which God gave the world as a covenant.

      God bless!

  8. Erica Soto

Shame to all those people who judge others; we are not perfect!. Therefore, we must learned to respect, to accept and to share this planet earth-which was giving to us by the ACTIVE FORCE. The ACTIVE FORCE-GOD is love, respect and acceptance etc.

    • Gordon King

      Thanks for your comment Erica!

God loves everyone, yet He hates sin. If you rebel against God then you will pay a price. We have a choice in this world to accept Jesus Christ or not, then death and either eternal hell or eternal heaven, that’s it, nothing in-between. God does not accept sinners into heaven, only the saved!

God is not an Active Force, He is a Spirit.

      God bless!

I appreciate your comment to ‘tell people the truth’.
A Christian I chatted with recently suggested that since Jesus told us we would loose the culture war, we should not bother. I really disagree with this. I feel so sad that 49 people may have woken up to eternal separation from God. If we fail to warn others of the dangers of sin, we too are accountable.

‘When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood.’ – Ezekiel 3:18

    • Gordon King

      Thanks for your comment April!

It seems that most of the comments that I have received were negative ones, people who view me as judgmental. Yet, I am doing nothing more than sharing the truth with them, whether or not they like it!

      God bless!

      • apriltulip

When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood.- Ezekiel 3:18

Paul warned us there would come a time when people would no longer want to hear the truth…
        God bless!

It is obvious that the main message in the media and all the ‘outpouring of love’ is to advance the homosexual agenda. Why is it worse that the victims were gay? Would all this fuss be made if it had been a church that was assaulted? or a bank? or some public office? I heard Pres. Obama’s speech today. In essence – take guns away from decent people and allow more Muslims into the country. And of course, how awful he feels for the gay, lesbian and transgender community. I can’t wait until he is out of office.

    • Gordon King

      Thanks for your comment Anonymous!

I agree, if this happened in a Christian church would the world be mourning as they are now, and even so, would they put up crosses and pictures of Jesus Christ? I think not!

      God bless!

  11. Binyamin-Zerach Ben Moshe

The question I have is: “How DARE the LGBT subculture commandeer the sign of the covenant with Noah, the rainbow, for their practices that are totally AGAINST the Word of Yahuwah!

The world will soon know that Moses and Paul are in agreement, such as is the case with homosexuality. Both Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13 say that man shall not lie with man as with a woman, and in 1Corinthians 6:9-11, effeminacy and homosexuality are listed among the practices that will not be allowed in the Kingdom of Yahuwah, “…but such WERE some of you, but you are WASHED…” In other words, there were homosexuals whom Paul counseled whose homosexuality was washed away by the atoning blood of our Messiah Yahushua (Jesus), and they turned away from that wickedness. We have all sinned, that is, violated Torah (1John 3:4), but Ephesians 2:8-10 applies, that we are saved not by works but by grace through the faith that the Master provides for us, so that then we are empowered to DO good works, such as keeping the commandments that the Master Yahushua Himself gave to Moses (1Corinthians 10:4; Hebrews 11:24-26).

    • Gordon King

      Thanks for your comment Binyamin-Zerach!

Amen to your statement about the rainbow! This is a covenant between God and man, not between homosexuals.

The scriptures are very clear on homosexuality being a sin and an abomination to the Lord. However, so many people just ignore it or don’t believe it. Either way it is the truth!

It is not by our works that we are saved, only by the blood of Jesus Christ. All of our sins washed away, all made clean, once accepting Christ as our Lord and Savior. Amen

      God bless!

This article was spiritually informed and I respect that. Let us not baptize a sin.Maybe the gays are looking for happiness but they will not find it there for happiness is not in bodily gratification but only comes from loving God almighty with your all. The murderer was behaving God (prosecutor/judge/executioner all in one!) and that is unforgivable for he is already really dead. However, even the gay persons know that they are not able to procreate and are a disgrace to those procreated them! In traditional African societies, a cock which ”climbed” a cockerel was killed and not eaten- it was an abomination. We should not kill gays but pray for them that the Good Lord may kill the abominable habit from them.

Is this telling us that God screwed up on some of the building block of the Genetic make up of the Human Structure. No one is is perfect, some have both sexual organs, some have screwed up genetic makeup, born male with to many female Genes. Some born female with to many Male genes. the way you think these people do not belong in your world, and if you think this way then I will not even think of you as Christians but people of a Satan Church.

    • Gordon King

      Thanks for your comment Dick!

Read the bible Dick, see what it has to say about homosexuality.

Here are a few verses to help you get started:

Leviticus 18:22, “You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.”1

Leviticus 20:13, “If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltness is upon them.”

1 Corinthians 6:9-10, “Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God.”

Romans 1:26-28, “For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, 27 and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. 28 And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper.”

I have never said that people cannot choose how they want to live, of course they can, we all have a choice. This is the problem with the world, they think that Christians are trying to change them, when in actuality we are trying to save them by telling them the truth! It’s up to each individual to decide what to do, unlike Islam who kills homosexuals.

      God bless Dick!

I agree with what you say here and am once again dismayed that, as you stated, instead of mourning the loss of life, it seems the small minority of homosexuals in the world always have to ram it down our throats that their lifestyle is alright and we who disagree are just mean or prejudiced. Sadly, I never really believed I would live to see the world in the chaotic state it is in today. I also believe Our Lord always gives us another chance, even after death. When He returns, no one will be overlooked or cancelled out without a final chance to believe in Him. Even though it is sheer impossibility to adhere to the “10 Rules” given to us, I have always done my best to live with compassion, love, and understanding. I believe one of our most compelling challenges is to accept certain situations. Situations we have absolutely no control over. Situations that are distasteful to us, that offend us morally or religiously. He will take care of it and we don’t control it. We make a decision to either get into His boat and let Him steer it or not. It’s a choice. I will remain faithful to this belief. I read somewhere that I’d rather live my life believing and upon dying, if I learn it was all just make believe, well? It still is better than the alternative of living one’s life believing in nothing and upon dying learning He is real and being damned. I also will continue to believe there and many more Christians than anyone really realizes and that we will somehow overcome these horrific challenges that face humans now. Take care Gordon King and God bless you for your voice and for speaking out with such honesty and compassion.

    • Gordon King

      Thank you so much Jan!

God is real, God is the truth, and God (Jesus Christ) is the only way to heaven! This is the message that I am conveying to the world, and they persecute me for it, just as scripture said that they would. I count it as all joy!

      God bless!

The Satanic Bible promotes tolerance and freedom to practice all manner of sexual deviations and promiscuity as long as it is not forced on unwilling participant/s and those deviant sexual behaviours also include bestiality. So what spirit is behind this new tolerance of the very things that were outlawed in Christian nations because they were going against the teachings and guidance given in the Holy Bible? Until recently we have been asked to swear on a Bible in a court of law to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so are we now only allowed to tell part of the truth using The Bible and leave out the bits that offend or even bring conviction of wrong doing to the hearers?

We are instructed as Christians to love others and do good to them, even those that are our enemies. We are also instructed to hate sin even the very garments stained by sin! Christian believers who have passed from spiritual death to life (born again of the spirit) know that unrepentant Sinners will remain in the dark about their lost condition unless they come under the conviction of The Holy Spirit from the hearing of the Word of God. We must penetrate the darkness with the light of The Word and Preach The Gospel to reveal the way of salvation so the truly repentant heart can be forgiven all sins and receive the gift of eternal life. Those so blessed will experience His transforming spiritual power in their hearts and minds as they submit to His Lordship in their life. Jesus is The Way The Truth and the Life and surrender to Him is the ONLY way that frees all sinners (all of us) from the demands of the flesh (the lower nature). We would not be loving others if we said nothing out of fear of reactions against us, we know The Way and we must share it with others even though we will suffer for it..

Following Christ is a journey we are all invited to make but we must be prepared to travel alone if necessary. Jesus told those that wished to follow Him that they must first count the cost and be prepared to take up their cross dying to self and follow Him. He told us we must not be surprised when the world hates us because it first hated Him. The Student is not greater than The Master, If we are walking in His footsteps then we will experience a share in His sufferings too, we have been given the hope of glory in our hearts so we must not grow faint or weary and give up because no greater love has a man than one who lays down His life for another.

God bless you Gordon for your faithful service to preach the word in season and out when convenient and when not. I know it will be a work of the cross in your life because you will surely suffer the backlash from it but God is with you and will sustain you!

    Maranatha!

    You are in my prayers.
    Christine
