Evil Spirits in the World!

The world is full of people who are mentally deranged, or as some call it, mentally ill.  Many of these people commit horrendous acts of violence against innocent victims.  My question is: “Are all of these people actually mentally ill?, or are they perhaps controlled by demonic spirits?”

There could be several reasons for a person to become mentally ill, we do live in a fallen world, and this is one explanation for it.  People also become ill due to outside stress, overwhelming situations in their lives, and even by other external sources such as drugs.  However, there is another source which I have not mentioned here, the influence and control by demonic spirits.

There are those who commit heinous acts of violence who claim to be mentally ill, but are they really?  It is my opinion that they are in fact controlled by evil spirits.  Some are led by these spirits, while others are possessed by them.

This is where we find ourselves in the world today, many people performing violent acts, crazy acts, once unthinkable acts, without any remorse or admission of guilt whatsoever!

People on murderous rampages, people running naked in the streets causing mayhem and destruction, people attacking other people as zombies in a “B” rated movie.  At what other time in history have we witnessed such insane activity?  Perhaps this is how it was during the days of Noah!  Perhaps we are seeing the reemergence of activity which made God sorry that He created man.

Genesis 6:6

“The LORD regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled.”

The LORD is patient, yet there is soon coming a time when He says enough is enough!  That day is soon approaching, when the wrath of God is poured out upon a wicked and evil world.

Take a look around you and what do you see?  A world which seems to have lost its mind!  Not only with the so-called mentally ill, but with the world in general.  World leaders making decisions which seem preposterous, ideologies forming which would have our grandfathers turning in their graves!  Societies becoming open and accepting of all kinds of immoral activity and values.  Christians being deemed and portrayed as wicked and evil.

All of these things are in rebellion towards God, they are acts of insubordination and in allegiance with evil spirits.  This is where the world is headed, down a one way street, a street leading to destruction.

There is an evil in the world, an evil which rules the world.  This evil is real, and it is attempting to bring down all that is holy and righteous!  Being a Christian in this world is very difficult, but one in which we must stand firm in our faith and beliefs.

It’s now past time to put on the full armor of God, do it now before it’s too late!  Follow the right path, the one which leads not to destruction, but to eternal life.  Follow Jesus Christ!

  1. I have often wondered if some of the horrific behavior unfolding today is not demonically influenced. Of course, there is no lexicon for this within our mental health system. To be certain, mental illness exists independent of demonic influence. Yet it is possible that when people embrace a rebellious, depraved mindset, they open themselves up to dark spiritual forces.

  3. Many in this world have gone over to the dark side. But there is always a remnant of true believers, And yes you are right the behavior of the world is in accordance to Satan’s wishes and total influence. Demonic Possession has been on the rise since the 1960’s. You want to know what happened during the 60’s, 70’s……..According to a Jesuit Priest, The Devil was enthroned at the Vatican in 1963. ( http://www.henrymakow.com/malachi_martin_–.html ) and ever since that day our country has decayed and the people are becoming degenerate Satan worshipers. If you are not in Christs Hand you are Satan’s disciples. There are no other positions. You may claim there is but in reality there is only two positions in this world. You ether are or you are not. plain and simple.

    Most people are so used to the evil in this world that nothing seems to shock them or outrage them anymore at least not for very long before it’s business as usual. They just seem to accept that this is now to be expected so they just get on with their lives , maybe the spirit that is in them or influencing them just keeps them in a state of denial about the true state this world is in.

    The world has been conditioned by the evil one in order to bring a sense of “normality” to the wickedness and unrighteousness. You can see it on television and the movies. Over the decades they have gotten worse, little by little, and immorality has crept in slowly until it is at full bore. So this is also another reason for the lack of shock and awe, however, I also agree with you, they just live with it as normal. They don’t see things as bad or evil, as moral or immoral, but just the way things are, and they accept that.
