Do not be afraid, God is always with us!

In God we trust copy

Commentary By:  Gordon King

Children of God, brothers and sisters in Christ, do not lose heart, do not fear or despair, for the Lord our God is with us!  When the days become darker, and they are, when demonic activity increases in the world around us, and it is, do not lose hope, but rather take shelter under the wings of our Father in heaven!

Deuteronomy 31:6

Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.

Our Lord, our God, He is with us, He shall never leave us nor forsake us!  Amen.

I can feel the presence of demonic activity in the air, I can sense the increased evil around us.  The times are becoming darker, the evil is becoming even more evil and wicked in the world.  What seemed to be happening mostly on the other side of the world, is now coming home!  Evil is increasing in our own neighborhoods, in our cities, and in our country.  Chaos, confusion, and deception is quickly becoming the new norm.

Do not be deceived by the forces of evil, do not be led astray by the doctrines of demons, know just who you are in Jesus Christ, be able to discern the good from the evil, the right from the wrong!

Those who are not born-again of the spirit cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:3

Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

They are blinded to the truth, they cannot discern evil spirits, nor can they rightly divide the good from the bad!  Those who do not believe are condemned already because they do not believe in the begotten Son of God.  Men in the world love the darkness because their deeds are evil, they hate the light.

John 3:18-21

He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.

We do not make a practice of performing evil deeds, but strive to perform good works according to God’s will.  This is the dividing line which separates good from evil, the light from the dark.  We must worship God in spirit and truth.

John 4:23

But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

God seeks those who seek Him, who those who will worship Him in spirit and truth!  They will see the kingdom of God, they will be blessed by God Himself.

God is our shelter and our strength!

Psalm 46:1-3

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.  Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;  Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

Let us as believers not fear what is coming upon the world, nor fear the evil spirits which have no power over us!

Colossians 1:13

He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,

God is with us, God is for us, know who you are, a child of God!

Psalm 46:10

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

God bless my friends!  Maranatha!
