Even though the world around me is falling apart, buildings crumble to the right of me, trees fall to the left of me, and hail stones may fall from the sky all around me, yet, I shall not fear for You are with me!
When times are tough, and I feel alone, my spirit is at peace, because You comfort me.
As the world darkens and all seems lost, I have the hope that You will redeem me!
Sickness, disease, and plagues shall befall the earth, but my spirit is calm because You surround me.
Wars, rumors of wars, and the threat of attack shall never harm me, for I know that You are for me!
Disasters will strike, devastation will happen, but I am not afraid, for You are my God.
Persecution will come, and scoffers will mock, yet I know in my heart that Your words are true.
As the world seems to be falling apart, I know that in my spirit and in my heart You dwell.
You have given to me comfort and peace, hope of things to come, faith to do all things, reassurance to be courageous, and the strength to remain steadfast.
It is in You and by You that I can endure to the end, that I can withstand the fiery darts of the enemy, and become victorious!
Jesus Christ, God Almighty, You are the One, the only One who can do these things. It is all done by the works of Your hands, through the blood of the Lamb, made righteous and pure!

Wow Gordon, this really inspired me. I copied and folded it up, then I put it in my bible. I know I will pull it out, when needed, at that time as a reminder to keep standing. I am blessed that you have been inspired. This is just something that I was feeling in my spirit at the time that I wrote it. We all have times of doubt, of worry, and uncertainty, but we must remember that we as believers are the children of the Most High God of the universe! If God is with us then who can be against us?! If God is our Father, then what have we to fear?
