What’s going on with the Pope? Is he now telling us that Christians need to change with the times? That we should be sensitive to the desires of sinners instead of following biblical teachings? That’s sure what it sounds like to me!
Why is the Pope so unclear on his messages? Why doesn’t he just come out and say what he means, clearly stated, unambiguous, without any confusion? It just doesn’t make any sense! When I listen to what the Pope has to say I’m not sure whether I’m coming or going.
When in the United States the Pope met with Kim Davis, and according to Kim he supported her and what she was doing, while he also met with an old gay friend whom he also seemed to be supporting. So what is it? Which side is he actually supporting? Is he in support of gay marriage or not? Don’t ask me, I don’t have a clue!
Leviticus 20:13
“If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.”
Romans 1:26-27
“For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.”
1 Corinthians 6:9-11
“Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.”
Christianity should send a clear message of beliefs, not one of confusion! God Almighty is not a God of confusion, but of a sound mind, clear in His principles, morals, and values.
Over the past few years we have heard the Pope send messages of acceptance, of accepting what the bible teaches us to be wrong, sinful, and an abomination to the Lord! This is the message that I get from the Pope and the Vatican.
Not only does he appear to be supportive of gay marriage and homosexuality in general, but he seems to be in support of all religions! Wasn’t it the Pope who called leaders from different religions around the world to meet at the Vatican in prayer? All praying to God, or to different gods! All in worship of who? Beats me, I just don’t get it!
From what I recall from biblical teachings, we are to worship only one God! The God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, I AM WHO I AM, Elohim, Jehovah, Adonai, YHWH, Yeshua, Jesus Christ! The worshiping of other gods, of false gods, is strictly prohibited by our Lord and Savior! Many times in history the Jews worshiped false gods along with their secular neighbors, and the results were not pretty. They brought God to jealousy and paid the price!
Exodus 20:4–5
“You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. 5You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God,”
So just whose side is the Pope on, the side of man and his wicked ways, or the side of God and his holy, pure, and righteous ways?! If you ask me I would say on the side of pleasing man! I’m not a judge of the Pope, however, it is our duty to discern the truth from lies.
Let us not be deceived as Jesus warned us would be abundant in the end times, but have a spirit of discernment of what is right and what is wrong!
Accepting all sin as normal is also a sin, and by doing so we are turning away from sound doctrine and following the doctrine of demons! Let no one be fooled, God will not be mocked! Whatever we sow we will also reap! And this is what we now see happening in the world today, the reaping of what we have sown, the harvest of sin which we as a society have sown.
By not accepting sin as good, by placing our morals and values in line with God and His principles, we are not being haters! And just because we as Christians do not agree with the ways of the world, does not mean that we cannot love those who are in the world.
If we agree with the world and its evil ways, then we are actually not loving those in the world, but in fact turning our backs to them! They need to know the truth, and even if they do not agree with us they have been warned! God will soon come with His wrath in hand, shouldn’t they be aware of this? Shouldn’t they be told the error of their ways, and the penalty for their sins? If you ask me, this is the most loving thing we can do!
Love those who hate you, show them your kindness, mercy, and forgiveness. Share with them the love of Christ!

The only thing which ‘keep people away from God’, are the sins of lawlessness, in not obeying the rules and regulations God put into effect from the beginning of time– His commandments and statues, as written in God’s manual – the Holy Scriptures; to ensure good health and well being. His plan was always for us to be happy and healthy with Him, not for sin to dominate our being. Unfortunately it has to be played out for the universe to see what damage it brings, and everyone is aware of the truth of good vs evil. And we repent from the darkness to the light. We alone have that privilege/gift of salvation through Jesus.
Let’s face it it comes down to truth and lies, good and evil. There are rules that need to be adhere to to assure the doubts don’t overrule the good. There is no middle ground, as much as secular world thinks there is. One either loves God with all their heart or loves the world.
Yet, what exactly are we seeing from our clergymen..?.. Seems like confusion and misunderstanding, instead of getting back to basics with Scripture and the supreme law: LOVE God above everything else and thy neighbor as one loves thyself. Seems like they’ve twisted and taken love thyself above everything else to heart with no true conviction of truth of what God has ordain for our life. And so the masses follows….
Our Lord is not a God of confusion as you have pointed out G. He’s love in its purest form. He created us, not the other way around. And loved us so much to rescue us from the damages of sin through repentance and forgiveness. Follow Him is what we need to do, stay within His grasp, His wings. It will all come to its conclusion sooner then anyone thinks…
“Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, ‘I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.” (1John 2:3-6) Should we stumble and fall He IS there to pick us up IF we first seek Him.
The first letter of John — agape love overflows this letter and true worship of God Almighty is found in its chapters. God bless us all. Maranatha!!

So true! Yet so many throw the word love around and mix it up with so many sins, that many are confused by what true love really means! That is why we need a set of holy and righteous standards to live by, principles, morals, and values which never change. But unfortunately even the Pope seems to think that we do need to change with the times.
I don’t follow the Pope, and I am not Catholic. I only follow my God, Jesus Christ! The Pope and the Vatican seem to be twisting things around and confusing the masses! And so many people idolize him, as if he were a god himself!
