Glory to God…

Forever

Commentary By:  Gordon King

Since my accident one week ago, I feel different.  I’m not exactly sure what has changed, but something has.

The motor vehicle accident that I was in was very serious.  I was driving a full-sized Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck, and it was totaled!  The car that hit me was destroyed to the point of not even being able to tell that it was a car from the front end.

The most amazing thing was that both of us got up and walked away from the accident!  This to me is unbelievable, or at least it would be if I did not know Jesus Christ.  This was a miracle from God, a true, 100%, living miracle!

I believe that I was under a demonic attack.  Demonic spirits were trying to take me out!  Some of you may say “Sure, they all say that” or “Anyone could have just walked away, your accident is no different.”

Well my friends I know this, I am closer to God now then at any other time in my life.  I have been working for God daily for three years now.  I know that lost people have come to God and been saved through this blog.  I know that this is not the only satanic attack against me over the past few years.

The year 2015 has been a trying time for me to say the least.  Satan and his minions have been attacking me from every angle possible.  But, guess what?  I’m not giving in!  In fact, my faith in God is stronger now than ever before!

When we become Christians, we become targets of the enemy.  Satan and his demonic minions are out to get us.  As we mature in Christ and grow in our faith, we become even bigger targets of the enemy.  I feel as though I have reached some sort of pinnacle where these attacks are becoming greater in both intensity and frequency.

Don’t believe anyone who tells you that if you are strong in your faith or walk with the Lord that all will be well, on the contrary my friends, on the contrary!  As our walk with the Lord intensifies, so do the attacks from demonic spirits.  I’m not telling you this to scare you or to put fear into your heart, but so that you will be aware.  We are not to have fear, we have God on our side!  After-all, it’s not what we can do, it’s what He can do.  Amen

The Lord brought me out of tragedy in order to glorify His name.  To show us that He is all-powerful and almighty!  God sent his mighty angels to protect me from harm, and that’s exactly what they did.  All of the glory, honor and praise goes to God Almighty, Yeshua, Jehovah, Elohim, Yaweh, the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob!

God is with us, He is our protector, our Healer, our Counselor, and our Friend.  He can do all things.  Miracles do happen, and they are happening each and everyday.  They happen to strengthen our faith, to honor God, and to show the lost that there is a God and who He really is!

While I’m not exactly sure at the moment just what is different about me, I can say this: even though the world is in turmoil and falling apart at the seems, that evil in the world is on the rise, I am feeling a calm, a sense of peace which seems very unusual at this time.  I know that God is with me, that He is leading and guiding me.  I know that He has a plan and that plan is falling into place.  I have no fear, I am able to withstand the enemy.

Lord in heaven, Jesus Christ, I give you thanks, honor, worship, and praise.  I give you all of the glory for what you have done.  Thank you Lord for protecting me from the enemy.  Thank you for giving me another day on earth to serve you.  One day I will meet you face to face, without the words to say how much you mean to me.  Thank you Lord God, thank you!  Amen

  1. Praise the Lord for His protection over you Gordon. Happy to hear you are doing well after your accident. I was shocked to read of your accident. I read many end times blogs. There is something so uniquely different about yours. You truly are inspired by the Holy Spirit and have a special gift Gordon. May Our Awesome God continue to protect and bless you as you lead others to know Jesus as Saviour. In Jesus name Amen. Thank you for all you do for everyone. You are a wonderful person.

  2. Amen.
How true are your words of the closer we get to Jesus the more the enemy wants to sever our relationship, any which way he can. And how important it is to be connected more than ever to the source of power – Jesus. His strength, His courage, His peace.
    God bless.

  3. God bless you, Gordon. I’ve been reading your blog for awhile now. You are a light shining in this dark world~to God be the glory! With prophesy being fulfilled at such a rapid pace I believe with all my heart we will be standing before our King very shortly. Maranatha! Even so Lord Jesus, Come!

  4. I truly appreciate your kind words of encouragement Elaine, it is a blessing to me. I know that I write what and when the Holy Spirit leads me to write. It comes from my heart, my spirit, my soul, and the Holy Spirit who leads me in the way that I should go. God bless!

  5. Thank you for your comment and encouragement Lyndsey!

Prophecy is being filled at an extraordinarily fast pace my friend. I want the Lord to come for us so bad, yet, I want these stubborn, hard-headed people to believe and accept Jesus Christ first. Such a conundrum, and what to do about it? Pray, pray, pray!

    God bless!
