Commentary By: Gordon King
There is a darkness in the world today. A heaviness surrounds the atmosphere. The prince of the power of the air and his dominions are busier then ever before in the history of the world. They are wreaking havoc upon the land in an attempt to take away from God what is not theirs to take, the souls of men.
Temptations, trials, and tribulations will come to all of us, yet believers in Jesus Christ, I believe will be hit even harder. Believers in Jesus Christ performing God’s will on earth, will get hit even harder than most. I don’t know about you, but I can feel it! Over the past two weeks I have felt this evil presence. I have felt the heaviness, the darkness, and attempts to pull me away from God. To keep me from my work for the Lord.
The world is already a difficult place to live. Yet, as a believer in Jesus Christ, it is even more difficult. I often wonder when I see people who seem to have it all together, as if they haven’t a care in the world. They live as though their life is close to perfection. But is it really, or are they just good at covering up their pain? Or maybe they aren’t living for God?
Satanic spirits will bring forth pain and suffering to the believers, in an attempt to keep them from their faith, to weaken their senses, to stop them from communicating with God. This is real folks, it’s happening now. We are under attack from demonic spirits, not merely from Satan himself. Satan is not omnipresent, meaning he cannot be in more than one place at a time, unlike God. Instead he uses his demons to perform his will, as God uses His children and angels to perform His will on earth.
This is why the bible tells us to put on the full armor of God. In order to protect us from the fiery darts of the enemy. So that we may stand tall, so that we may know that we have authority over these spirits, given to us by God Almighty!
The battle rages on and will get worse up to the end of the great Tribulation. For current day believers, up until the rapture of the church. We need more than ever to stay close to God and keep our eyes on the things of heaven above. Let not your hearts be troubled, and fear not, for God is with us. He will give aid to those who love Him.
Hebrews 2:16-18
“For indeed He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham. 17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. 18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.”
The children of God are the seed of Abraham, not just His Jewish descendants. As believers in Jesus Christ, we are the “seed” of Abraham through Jesus Christ! Amen
Galatians 3:16
“Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Christ.”
Galatians 26-29
“For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
The promises God made to Abraham also apply to the followers of Jesus Christ!
If we are living for God, performing God’s will on earth, then we will be attacked by demonic forces, we will endure pain, suffering, trials and tribulations. But let not your hearts be troubled, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and His promises to us. He will be with us, He will provide, He will give us aid. Ours is not a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
God bless my friends! Maranatha!

Thank-you
You are very welcome Jody. God bless!
Thanks a lot, Servant of the living God. Get richly blessed too, as you my God inspired book meant to seal the elect of God for redemption during the coming hour of great tribulation upon all that dwell on Earth to try (refine/sanctify/destroy 100% carnality) them. http://navicy.wix.com/understanding. Kindly share the same extensively with others. Amen.
Thanks for your comment Moses. I can see that you are promoting your book.
While I haven’t read it, I have read some of your comments. I do not agree with some of them. Such as: “The Author strongly believes that the current Salvation in Christ which the People of God profess around the World is too Superficial to qualify them for eternal life.”
and
“He has been shown by God how Satan has deflated our Salvation of today to the extent of making it almost impossible for any Soul upon this Earth to inherit the kingdom of Heaven, despite how strongly they might have “believed” in God.”
While we may get understanding and truth from other books, we do not need other books. The bible is all that we need, it is God’s written word, and it does tell us what we need to do in order to be saved. Once saved we are sealed by the Holy Spirit of God, now and forever!
The gospel of Jesus Christ is what we need, repenting of our sins, believing in Him and accepting Him as our Lord and Savior! This is salvation in Jesus Christ!
God bless my friend! Maranatha
Gordon, there is quite a lot that you need to learn about God, the Bible and the nature of our salvation in Christ Jesus. In Rev.10:11, Apostle John was re-tasked by Christ to re-proclaim salvation to many Peoples, tongues, nations and kings as the proclamation of the Gospel he previously carried-out with Simon Peter and many others failed to yield for Christ the expected results. Furthermore, as you consult Rev.10: 1-11, you would notice that God has supplemented his holy bible with “a little book open” for his Church to attain salvation through the great tribulation and to restore all Earthly kingdoms to Christ. Sir, God richly bless you.
Moseschishala01 there is a lot that we all need to learn about God and the bible!
However, scripture does not tell us that the church will go through the Great Tribulation! And what do you mean by “the Church to attain salvation”?! This makes no sense at all! If the Church had not already attained salvation then it would not be the Church! Christians make up the body of Christ which is the Church! Where are you getting your information from? So what exactly is it that I need to learn about God, the Bible, and the nature of our salvation?
By the way, what doctrine to you adhere to, what is your denomination? If Christians are not yet saved, then how do we obtain salvation? If the blood of Christ was not sufficient to save then what is? If we are saved by anything other than believing in Christ and accepting Him as our Lord, then the bible is wrong!
If you are going to accuse me of being wrong then at least back up what you are saying with sound biblical scripture! Please do not tell me that I am wrong about my beliefs if you cannot prove it first! Revelation 10 says nothing whatsoever about our salvation! The little book is a mystery of God, and the voice from heaven told him that he would prophesy again, thats it! So where are you getting your information from?
God bless!
