Commentary By: Gordon King
Hello folks, I pray the good Lord protects and guides you. Amen
Last night, in the early am hours, I was awoken by a dream. It was a dream of frogs.
The setting was outdoors. I remember seeing green grass everywhere, with trees lining the background, along the horizon. I remember seeing a few people, but not many.
There were two small frogs lined up in parallel, about 3 feet apart from each other. There were two more frogs in front of them about 6 feet away lined up the same, this continued as far as the eye could see. The same for behind the frogs, two side by side, 3 feet apart, about 6 feet away, in parallel, as far as the eye could see. They were not all lined up in a straight line, as it seemed the line curved, as if in the shape of an oval, at least partly.
Each day the frogs would line up perfectly. They were lining up on the grass right in front of where I was lying and sleeping each night, at the base of my feet. And each night I would purposely squish the closest frog’s head with my foot. However, this last night, the frog next to me was much larger than usual. I only partially squished its head with my foot. It was still alive.
The next morning the frog started walking around and it turned into a very large (larger than a blue heron) bird. A beautiful bird with large white feathers. Very fluffy feathers. It’s top breast-throat area was covered in bright red feathers. The top of the bird’s head was bald, and I could see bruises begin to form on its head while it was walking around. Then more bruises. I felt so bad for what I had done.
The bird walked off towards some trees and bushes, as I followed closely behind. The bird started wavering and wobbling around, then it fell to the ground. I wanted to help the bird, but I knew that it was too late to save it. The bird started convulsing. I wanted to put it out of its misery, so I walked closer to the bird to stomp it in the head to kill it. Just before I did, the bird died. No more movement, no more life.
I picked the bird up and walked closer to the trees and bushes, then I threw it into the brush.
Then I awoke from the dream. I don’t yet know if the dream has any significance. But I do know that I have felt some anxiety last night that I have not felt for years now. I know that things are not right. I shall pray about the dream and ask the Lord for clarity.
God bless my friends!
