The United States of America, freedom to vote, freedom to choose. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. These are just some of the ideals that America was founded upon. While the world and America are undergoing many changes, we still live in a country where we can voice our opinion, worship our God, and make our own decisions. None of this would be possible without the service of our veterans.
Freedom has come at a price, a great price. The price of many lives, the thousands who have become victims to injury, disablement, and PTSD. The price of sacrifice, service and support. The unselfish service to our country and to our people of the United States of America!
To all the veterans who have died, who have served, and who are now serving in our armed forces, I salute you! The Great American Heroes! I thank you for your brave and courageous service to our country, to the sacrifices that you have made. Without your devotion, commitment, and dedication, Americans would not be enjoying the benefits of a great nation.
I would also like to thank the families of these brave men and women, for without your support, their service would be most difficult. Thank you for your support and the hardships that you have endured.
May God Bless all who have served, all who have lost loved ones in the service to our country! Amen
