Sorry, I have fallen Ill, slow on posts…

feeling ill

Notice from:  Gordon King

To all of the followers of this blog, I would like to inform you that I have fallen ill as of two days ago.  While I would like to continue posting as I have, I am not physically able to at this time.  I will however, try my best to continue to post at least a few articles each day.  I expect to be back on my feet by the end of the week, the Lord willing!

I would like to thank you all for being patient, encouraging, and kind to me.  Without your kindness and encouragement this blog would be most difficult for me to continue on a daily basis, and that’s when I feel good!  So I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

God Bless to you all, may the peace and comfort of the Lord be upon you!

  7. Thank you for your concern and comments Grandma.

I have checked out “The Mistaken J” PDF file. Wow! That’s a lot to take in, and I was only able to briefly scan it at this time. I’m not sure what to think about all of that. I do know that Jesus and God have many different names, yet I am not quite ready to discount the name of “Jesus” or “God”. I do know that another name for Jesus is “Yahweh”, but I am not so sure that the name “Jesus” would be incorrect? It definitely warrants further investigation.

    What are your thoughts?

    God Bless Grandma!

  8. Shalom Gordon, Yes, I agree, Wow, that is a lot to take in! I know Acts 4:12, says that there is One Name for Salvation and not a different name in every language. Our Savior was Hebrew, so He had a Hebrew Name. The name people gave our Savior with the “Mistaken J”, did not exist when He was here on earth. I learned that the letter “J” is really the letter “Y”. In Psalms 68:4, it says His Name is JAH, but the “J” is really a “Y”, so it is telling us His Name is YAH.

HalleluJAH is really HalleluYAH, which means, Praise YAH.

There is a difference between Titles and Names. Our Savior’s Name is Yahshua, which means, YAH Salvation. People have changed His Name to Titles or given Him False names.

Remember when we were in school, and we learned that people thought that the earth was flat, but now we know that is not true. I am not going to believe something that is false because that is what people use to believe before.

Jeremiah 16:19-21, tells us that the Gentiles will say, our fathers have INHERITED LIES vanity and things wherein there is no profit…

Thank you for taking the time to look into this and I also believe Yahshua our Savior is coming back very soon.

    Shalom, Grandma

  9. I was thinking back over my time as a Christian Grandma. And when I accepted Christ, I used the name “Jesus”. I know that I was saved, as I was filled with the Holy Spirit. I know that God saved me from many, many difficulties in my life and I mostly referred to Him as “Jesus” or “God” then. I was anointed with the Holy Spirit about two years ago and I used the names “Jesus” and “God” also. I know God hears me and answers my prayers, He has blessed me as well.

So I am not quite sure what to think about this. I also call out to God by other names now as I have grown in my faith: “Yahweh”, “Elohim”, “El Shaddai”, etc.
Just thinking out loud. God Bless Grandma!

  10. Get better my friend. Thanks for all your posts, I look forward to reading them everyday. God Bless, Calvin Pastor The Salvation Army
