Man says we are close to having eternal life without God

What is life?  How long can a human live before he/she dies?  Is it true that in the near future humans will be able to survive to age 1000?  Some people think so, and have dedicated their own lives to research and develop ways to extend the human life.  They claim that in the future we can have eternal life, man-made eternal life, not from or with God.  The following article explains in more detail:

Aubrey de Grey, 51, is the man who insists that within a few decades technology will enable us human beings to beat death and live forever. So here we go.  Then manipulation of the human genes.  Sounds a bit like what the Nephilim did back in the days of Noah.  Manipulating the human, animal, and plant genes to produce altered versions of what God has created.  This is pure evil and satanic. 

These people are wrong on so many levels.  First off, they will never succeed at living forever, not as a physical human anyway.  God is coming quickly to judge the world.  The current world in which we live will soon be done away with.

Second, even if they could extend the life of a human, there are always the unexpected accidents in life.   Motor vehicle accidents, murders, suicides, etc.  All of these things can take away your human existence in a second.

Third, we already have eternal life through Christ Jesus!  Amen.  The eternal life they are speaking of is not life at all, but eternal death.  If you are not a child of God Almighty, then you will live forever, however, it will be in hell.  You either choose between eternal life with God, or eternal damnation in hell.  That’s it, no other choices.

The bible tells us that in the last days (now), it will be like in the days of Noah.

Luke 17:26-30

^{26 “}And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: ²⁷ They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. ²⁸ Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; ²⁹ but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. ³⁰ Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.”

In those days evil, pleasure, and sin were the guiding forces in the human population.  In the days of Noah, the Nephilim (children of the fallen angels who mated with human women) along with Satan, ruled the world.  They were involved in attempting to alter God’s creation, pollute the gene pool, and thwart God’s plans.  They were unsuccessful, thank the Lord!

Genesis 6

The Wickedness and Judgment of Man

6 “Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, ² that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.

³ And the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.” ⁴ There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.

⁵ Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. ⁶ And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. ⁷ So the Lord said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” ⁸ But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.”

The giants were apparently only part of this genetic manipulation.  It is interesting to note that while it is not directly stated in the bible, some believe that Satan also manipulated the genes of plants and animals.  Some say even the combing of humans and animals.  This is where we hear of the Minotaur, Centaur, etc.  All part of Satan’s evil and wicked plan.  I am in no way an expert on this, so further investigation and research is needed on your behalf to test these things.  However it does make sense, seeing that in our modern world and in these end times, scientists are manipulating, plants, animals, and yes, even humans!

We are living in the last days, the days which the Lord told us would be like the days of Noah.  The days when the Son of Man is revealed. 

Mark 14:62

^{62 “}And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.”

So once again, what were the days of Noah like?  “They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage.”  The bible also tells us that it will be like the days of Sodom.  “They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built.”   The bible then goes on to say: “the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually”.  There was manipulation of the human genes, and quite possibly of plants and animals as well.  Sounds a lot like the world we are now living in.  How much longer could it be, how worse could it get?

Think about it, pray about it.  Make sure that you have eternal life with God, and not eternal damnation in hell!
