Dallas police arrest officer accused of sexually assaulting woman while on duty near Bachman Lake

La'Cori Johnson  is accused of allegedly sexually assaulting a woman while on duty.

(SOURCE)  Updated by Tanya Eiserer at 4:45 p.m.: According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the woman and a witness were on Larga Drive when Officer La’Cori Johnson stopped them. He did a computer check on the two of them and told the witness to leave the location. He told the woman she had an outstanding warrant and had her get into the back of his squad car, the affidavit states. She began crying.

“Why are you crying? Johnston asked, according to the affidavit. “You don’t have to go to jail if you do what I tell you to do.”

The affidavit says he drove the squad car a short distance to a dead end behind the Pecan Quare Apartment complex in the 3300 block of Storey Lane and parked. Johnson came to the back seat, took of his gun belt and laid it on the back seat, the affidavit states.

He pulled down his pants and had her perform oral sex on him, it states. He then had sex with her, police say.

“The complainant performed the sex acts because she was afraid of Suspect Johnson because he was an armed police officer and was afraid of going to jail,” the records state.
