The Call for Muslims to Seek Public Assistance in Michigan

I recently received an email from a gentleman (Mr. Lyle J. Rapacki, Ph.D.) informing me of some very interesting information.  The State of Michigan is now offering applications for it’s Food Stamp Program in the Arabic Language.  I went to the Michigan website, and sure enough he is correct.  I find this quite disturbing.  Is the Muslim population in America growing so large that we now must prepare documentation in Arabic?  Not only that, but his email goes on to say that many of these Muslim men have several wives and are lying about their situation in order to receive additional support.  Gee, I wonder who is paying for all of this?  What’s next, Sharia law?

Read on:

 Muslim men are allowed to have as many as 4 wives.   Many Muslims have immigrated into the U.S. and brought their 2-3-or 4 wives with them, but the U.S. does not allow multi marriages, so the man lists one wife as his, and signs the other 2 or 3 up as extended family on welfare and other free Government programs!

Michigan has the highest population of Muslims in the United States .

  When President Obama took office the United States paid several millions of dollars to have a large number of Palestinians , (All Muslim), immigrated here from Palestine . Why?     We don’t pay for other persons to immigrate here, and I’m sure that some of those Muslims moved into Michigan with the large current number of Muslims already established there.

So now in Michigan when you call the Public Assistance office you are told to “Press 1 for English. Press 2 for Spanish, or Press 3 for Arabic”!   CHECK IT OUT YOURSELF – Here is the number  1-888-678-8914   .

Every time you add a new language to an American program it requires an additional number of persons fluent in that language to process those persons who refuse to learn English in order to live here at an additional cost to the taxpayer!   Why are we even allowing persons to immigrate here who cannot provide for themselves, and putting them in our welfare system?

This is quite alarming!!!   This seems to have happened clandestinely , for, as far as I know, no public announcement, or opportunity to vote on this was offered to the American people.   They’re just adopting an official stance, and very likely using tax-payer money for it, in various capacities, without public knowledge or approval.

(as in Food Stamps etc).   You won’t have to scroll far before you see the assistance-letters options for … (get this) … English, Spanish, and ARABIC!!!

When did the ARABIC option sneak into our culture?   Will we soon have to listen to our governmental offices, stores, and other venues offer us the option of “pressing 3 for ARABIC?”

Biographical Remarks – –

Lyle Rapacki earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Master’s Degree in Counseling from Northern Arizona University and his Doctorate from Clayton College of Natural Medicine specializing in the treatment of psychological disorders with natural medicine.  He enjoyed a 20 year private practice.  Approximately one-half of his practice case-load was delegated to Behavioral Forensic Profiling and Threat Assessments, and he holds a Post-Doctorate Diplomate in Forensic Counseling.  A former police officer, Dr. Rapacki from 1985 to 1992, assisted law enforcement regionally and nationally with intelligence analysis and investigations of deviant movement groups and taught at law enforcement academies nationwide.  From the year 2000 to 2005, Dr. Rapacki taught in the Criminal Justice Department at Wayland Baptist University, Phoenix campus.  He briefly held the position of Director for the Public Safety Administration, Homeland Security and Crisis Management Programs at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona in 2008.

In 1986, Lyle began consulting with national ministries providing Protective Intelligence and Threat Assessment, as well as behavioral tendencies of crowds when ministry executives appeared at special or highly attended venues.  He has conducted Crisis/Risk Management consultations and Business Continuity Assessments. He was the Director of Security and Campus Safety for his church in Phoenix, Arizona for seven years, and alsohelped coordinate Dignitary Protection for Phoenix First Assembly Church in Phoenix for eight years.  He has been lead agent in several high profile protection details.

Dr. Rapacki continues to receive, analyze and disseminate critical intelligence and policy information from and to law enforcement, intelligence and governmental communities. Additional formal classroom and field training were undertaken in the discipline of Protection of High Visibility Individuals and others vulnerable to targeted violence; including, but not limited to:  Tactical and Close-in Protection; Counter Assault measures; Operational and Logistical Techniques for Protective Details; Tactical Team shooting, and Protective Intelligence including schooling associated with the Exceptional Case Study Project in July 1998, conducted by The United States Secret Service.

Dr. Rapacki is a member of ASIS International the world’s leading security practitioner organization, and served as Membership Chair for the Arizona Chapter of  ASIS from 2006-2009.  He is a member of the  International Foundation for Protection Officers, The FBI InfraGard for Arizona, and the Association for Intelligence Officers.
